Objective: By immunohistochemical analysis the expression of NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase in normal cervical tissue,CIN?tissue,CIN ?-? tissue,cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue in Han and Uygur women in Xinjiang.And study the following questions:1.Analysis of expression of NADPH-dependent retinol dehydrogenase /reductase at different levels in cervical lesions,to further explore its relationship with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.2.Discuss people of the same level of cervical lesion NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase expression in Han and Uygur in two ethnic groups have or have not difference.Methods: The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase in 120 cases of Xinjiang Han and Uygur women with cervical lesions.Each group have 30 cases,according to pathological results four groups were divided,30 cases of normal cervical group,30 cases of CIN I group,30 cases of CIN ?-? group,30 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma group.All data applications SPSS17.0 statistical software packages for data analysis,count data with chi square tes,with a =0.05 for inspection standards;Two national comparison using Fisher exact probability method,with a =0.05 for inspection standards.Results:1.The expression of NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase in cervical lesions of women in the study: in normal cervical group,CINI group,CIN?-? group and cervical squamous cell carcinoma group,the NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase positive rate are respectively 20%?50%?60% and 70%.And it's positive expression rate was significantly different in the four groups(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,there was no significant difference between normal cervical group and CIN I group(P>0.05),there was a significant difference between normal cervical group and CIN ?-? Group(P<0.05),there was a significant difference between normal cervical group and cervical squamous cell carcinoma group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between CIN I group and cervical squamous cell carcinoma group(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between CIN ?-? group and cervical squamous cell carcinoma group(P>0.05).2.At the same level of cervical lesions,the expression of NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase in cervical tissue of Han and Uygur women: the expression of NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase in normal cervical group in Han and Uygur,by Fisher's exact test,P=0.645 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The expression of NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase in cervical CINI group in Han and Uygur,by Fisher's exact test,P=1.000 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant..The expression of NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/reductase in cervical CIN?-? group in Han and Uygur,by Fisher's exact test,P=1.000 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The expression of NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase in cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Han and Uygur,by Fisher's exact test,P=1.000 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.
