Systematic Review Of Shenling Baizhu San In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objectives To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenlingbaizhu powder in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)by means of evidence-based medicine.Methods 1 Document inclusion criteria: 1)Type of study: randomized controlled trial(RCT),regardless of whether or not blindness is used 2)Language type: Language limited to Chinese / English.3)Subjects: In the literature,the selection criteria included in the literature were in line with the diagnostic criteria of UC for the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease approved by the Chinese Medical Association of Infectious Diseases in 2012 [1] Of patients,sex,age,case source.4)Interventions:(1)The treatment group was treated with Shenlingbaizhu San(including the addition and subtraction of the drug taste and the dosage according to the traditional Chinese medicine).The control group was treated with placebo or western medicine or blank control.(2)the treatment group in the control group based on the means of treatment plus Shenlingbaizhu powder addition and subtraction;the control group to give Western medicine therapy.5)outcome indicators:(1)treatment of invalid number(2)Sutherland disease activity Atractylodes,Shenlingbaizhu powder,Shenlingbaobao pill,Shen Ling Bai granule Shenlingbaizhu capsules.(2)English search term: ulcerative colitis,inflammatory bowel disease,Idiopathic Proctocolitis,Colitis Gravis,Shenling Baizhu,Shenling Baizhu powder,Shenling Baizhu San,Shenling Baizhu capsule,Shenling Baizhu pill is the key word or keyword.Keywords and keywords are combined into the main way of this search.3 Screening: Two persons screen and select the data according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.If the opinion is not uniform,add another member to participate in the discussion and decide whether or not to select the information.4 Data extraction method: EXCEL software is used for data entry,the selected content includes: data number,test economic support medicine,the difference in statistics(P <0.05).2 safety assessment: a study of Shenlingbaizhu San treatment of UC is described in the safety.The results showed no serious adverse reactions.Conclusions 1 Shenlingbaizhu powder treatment of UC,and Western medicine treatment means compared to reduce the number of invalid,improve the DAI score,reduce the inflammatory indicators of CRP,inflammatory factors IL-17,IL-23,TNF-a degree,reduce the disease Recurrence.2 due to the elaborated research data is too small,failed to clear the safety and long-term effect of Shenlingbaizhu San treatment of UC.3 SR included in the study of the existence of bias risk,the quality level is not high,affecting the above conclusions of evidence-based evidence of medical strength.Will be in the future with more high-quality multi-center,random,double-blind,large sample of RCT production,to further improve the SR,in order to Shen Ling Baizhi San treatment of UC effectiveness and safety to provide higher evidence-based Medical evidence.
