Objectives 1 To observe the sealing effect and durability of the 3M SinglebondTM Universal adhesive,Green QrTM and Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste on dentin tubule,pick out the best desensitizer,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment dentin hypersensitivity.2 Compare the effect of closed dentin tubule among 3M SinglebondTM Universal self-etching adhesive and two joint desensitizer through observe dentin permeability.Methods 1 140 fresh isolated molars were selected to set up dentin sensitive models and radomly divided into control group?n=20?,SinglebondTM Universal group?n=40?,Green QrTM group?n=40?,Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste group?n=40?.The control group was coated water,the rest of three groups were coated with desensitizer.20 teeth out of each coated desensitizer groups were selected for tooth brushing experiment,then the structural changes in the dentine surface after coated desensitizer and brushing experimented observed under scanning electron microscope.Application of image analysis system to analyzed SEM,calculated the average diameter and relative area of dentin tubules.Each group of dentin tubules average diameter and relative area were statistically compared with SPSS 17.0 software package.2 40 fresh isolated molars whose occlusal surfaces were treated and divided randomly and averagely into four groups.Every group has 10 teeth.The treated surfaces were exposed and the rest were sealed.Desensitizers were coated on the occlusal surfaces of the extracted teeth in different ways.Group A: SinglebondTM Universal group;Group B: SinglebondTM Universal adhesive and Green QrTM joint application group;Group C: SinglebondTM Universal adhesive and Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste joint application group;Group D: Green QrTM and Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste joint application group.After coated desensitizer,all the teeth were selected for tooth brushing test.The extracted teeth were immersed in the methylene blue solution for six hours.Then the extracted teeth were vertically cleaved into two sections and the dye penetrating depth was measured through the vernier caliper under a from high to low was SinglebondTM Universal adhesive,Green QrTM,Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste.SinglebondTM Universal adhesive better in occluding ability and abrasion resistance.2 The experiment in vitro showed SinglebondTM Universal and Green QrTM joint application,SinglebondTM Universal and Colgate antisensitivity toothpaste joint application,can reduce the permeability of extracted teeth dentin very well through closed dentine tubule.The permeability of dentin painted Green QrTM and Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste joint application group in vitro was the highest.
