Objective: 1 To investigate the remote limb ischemic postconditioning effect on shortterm prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction and effect of the muscle enzyme level.2 To analysis and research the effects of remote limb ischemic postconditioning on prognosis of different subtypes of cerebral infarction in patients with TOAST type,OCSP type,MRI type and CISS type,in order to choose the best indication. Methods: The experiment is divided into two parts: 1 A total of 220 acute cerebral infarction patients within 3 days of onset were consecutively collected during April,2014 to April,2015 in the severe medical ward, the second and fourth nerval medical department ward of The Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology.Among of the 220 patients,153 patients were male, age 62.50±11.50 years,67 patients were women, aged 66.52±9.72 years old.The control group was given conventional treatment. The experimental group was given remote limb ischemic postconditioning to intervene after ischemia.Comparing the NIHSS scores,ADL scores, creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and uric acid(UA)level of two groups on the treatment of 7 days.2 A total of 545 acute cerebral infarction patients within 3 days of onset were consecutively collected during April,2014 to November,2016 in the severe medical ward, the second and fourth nerval medical department ward of The Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology.Among of the 545 patients,378 patients were male, age 63.78±11.47 years,167 patients were women, aged 63.74±10.47 years old.Comparing the effects of remote limb ischemic postconditioning on prognosis of different subtypes of cerebral infarction in patients with TOAST type,OCSP type,MRI type and CISS type. Results: The first part of the experimental results 1 The NIHSS score(2.09±1.98)of experimental group is lower than the control group(2.75±2.66),the ADL score(91.73±12.73)of experimental group is higher than the control group(86.86±21.19)on the treatment of 7 days.Comparing with two groups, both difference of ADLscores and NIHSS scores are statistically significant(P < 0.05).2 The level of creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)are 79.13±33.38 U/L,10.77±3.68 U/L respectily. The level of creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)of control group are 97.69±55.18 U/L,11.92±4.06U/L respectily. All of these indexes of experimental group are lower than the control group and have obvious difference betweem two groups(P < 0.05).The uric acid(UA)level of two groups has no difference on the treatment of 7 days. The second part of the experimental results 1 Between the TOAST type and CISS type, the influence of LIPost C has no difference.2 In the OCSP type, comparing the other subtypes, the clinical therapeutic effect of TACI subtype and PACI subtype are better(P<0.01).3 In the MRI type, the prognosis in the large infarction group is better than the small infarction group. Conclusion: 1 Lemote limb ischemic postconditioning can improve the degree of nerve function defect in patients with acute cerebral infarction, improve the short-term prognosis. It's a safe form of intervention.2 The short-term prognosis of LIPost C is similar in the subtypes of the TOAST type and CISS type. But in the OCSP type and MRI type, the different subtypes of cerebral infarction has different impact on short term prognosis, former circulation infarction of the effect is better, the prognosis in the large infarction group is better than the small infarction group.Prompting LIPost C should be appropriate, selective cerebral infarction subtypes in application.
