Objectives By means of examing the coal workers who have contacted coal dust in a long period through multi-slice spiral CT and collection the relevant data.To research the characteristics of the multi-slice spiral CT imaging of coal workers pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis through statistical method,as well as the correlation analysis of imaging performance.Analysis and evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coal workers pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis.Analysis of the characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT imaging of the predilection site.High resolution CT was used to screen the characteristic CT imaging features of the same subjects,and then to analyze the difference of the diagnosis with multi-slice spiral CT.To investigate and study the application value of multi slice spiral CT imaging in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Starting from April 2015 until December 2016,during the period,110 cases of pneumoconiosis complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis were selected in order.These cases were classified according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment and chest X-ray,the testing in bacteriology and clinical therapeutic effect.At the same time 110 cases which were as control group were optioned in order by the same methods.These cases were definited as pneumoconiosis complicated with non-active pulmonary tuberculosis.All subjects selected from Jingmei Group General Hospital and China Coal General Hospital were made questionnaires in order to researchers can master the basic data and carried out chest multi-slice spiral CT and high resolution CT.In addition,110 cases of multi-slice spiral CT patients who were diagnosed as coal workers pneumoconiosis and active pulmonary tuberculosis respectively were collected.All the data used SPSS 18 for statistical analysis.Results 1 Pneumoconiosis complicated by active pulmonary tuberculosis,especially the patience with the second,third phase of pneumoconiosis complicated with that,multi-slice spiral CT is characterized by combined imagines.However the simple imaging features of pulmonary tuberculosis are not typical.When coal worker's pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis,typical multi-slice spiral CT include multiple disseminated nodules,multiple cavities,ground glass opacity,pulmonary consolidation and tree in bud(P<0.05).Whereas fibrin shadows,large nodules,airway wall thickening,pleural thickening and bronchiectasis,emphysema are less in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis(P>0.05).These results indicate that there is obviously statistical significance.2 Logistic regression analysis showed that multiple disseminated nodules,multiple cavities,ground glass opacity,pulmonary consolidation and tree bud syndrome have significant contribution to the diagnosis of coal worker's pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis.3 Statistical analysis was performed on the 5 imaging findings of the research objects of simple CWP,active pulmonary tuberculosis and CWP complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis,that there is a strong correlation in the diagnosis of CWP complicated with activepulmonary tuberculosis.4 Imaging manifestations of the pneumoconiosis complicated by active pulmonary tuberculosis in multi-slice spiral CT,which include multiple disseminated nodules,multiple cavities,ground glass opacity,pulmonary consolidation,tree in bud,their predilection sites are in accordance with pulmonary tuberculosis.5 Multiple disseminated nodules,multiple cavities, ground glass opacity,pulmonary consolidation,tree in bud,the multi-slice spiral CT imaging findings and pneumoconiosis complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis complicated with non-active pulmonary tuberculosis compared,statistical data on the 2 test,and calculated their the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,Jorden index.Through the calculation,the performance indicators of these images were statistically significant.6 Statistical analysis for diagnosis of multi slice spiral CT and high resolution CT of inspection features for active pulmonary tuberculosis and non-active pulmonary tuberculosis.The results were not statistically significant.The two methods for diagnosis showed no difference,and the value of multi-slice spiral CT in pneumoconiosis complicated by active pulmonary tuberculosis is further validated.Conclusions 1 The coal worker's pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis in multi-slice spiral CT have characteristic imaging findings,such as multiple disseminated nodules,multiple cavities,ground glass opacity,pulmonary consolidation,tree in bud.2 The above 5 imaging findings have significant contribution to the imaging diagnosis of pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis.3 The above 5 imaging findings have considerable correlation to the diagnosis of coal workers pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis.4 The predilection sites of characteristics of coal workers pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis in multi-slice spiral CT are consistent with the predilection sites of pulmonary tuberculosis.5 The characteristics of the coal workers pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis in multi-slice spiral CT have great value in the diagnosis of the disease and in the identification of the coal workers pneumoconiosis complicated with non-active pulmonary tuberculosis.6 Compared with high resolution CT,it was further confirmed that multi-slice spiral CT has an important diagnostic value for coal workers with pneumoconiosis complicated with active pulmonary tuberculosis.
