Study On Clinical Curative Effect Of Treating Rosacea By Anti-mites

Objective:Analyze the influential factors of rosacea.Compare the curative effect of treating rosacea patients by anti-mites with ornidazole and metronidazole to find a better way to treat rosacea.Methods:Chose a fixed consulting room and a dermatologist,asked the 253 patients who were diagnosed rosacea by the dermatologist during 2015-10~2016-03 to completed the questionnaire.The survey asked the general condition,medical history and disease process,lifestyle habits,the factors of aggravated and relieve,then analyzed these data to find the influential factors of rosacea.Selected 100 rosacea patients who had demodex,departed them to 2 groups randomly.One group were treated by ornidazole,the other metronidazole for 2~4w,follow-up 24 w.Statistic the data of 2 groups to find ornidazole and metronidazole which is better in treating rosacea,the indexes included detectable rate of demodex,cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate.Results:Detectable rate of demodex is 90.51%,the sun exposure(30.83%),spicy(30.43%)and cosmetic(13.04%)are the main factors of aggravated.The detectable rate of demodex,cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate of ornidazole group respectively are 52%,30%,84%,10%.The data of metronidazole group are 62%,12%,50%,14%.The cure rate and total effective rate of the 2 groups are statisticly significant,but the detectable rate of demodex and recurrence rate are not.Conclusion:The sun exposure,spicy and cosmetic have close relationship with rosacea.Both ornidazole and metronidazole treat rosacea well,and ornidazole is better.
