Objective: Comparison of non-small cell lung cancer patients and normal physical examination group differences in peripheral blood relative telomere length,at the same time observe the telomere length with non-small cell lung cancer clinical features of relevance.Methods: Selected during March 2016 to October 2016 in lanzhou,lanzhou military region general hospital doctor by lung biopsy or biopsy under the bronchoscope,pathology diagnosis for a total of 70 patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and 40 cases of the healthy physical examination for the same period as the control group,records of non-small cell lung cancer group and control group the levels of peripheral blood relative telomere length,at the same time statistics clinical staging of non-small cell lung cancer group,the pathological type,Ki-67 positive index level,etc.,using the statistical software to analyze related SPSS19.0.Results: 1.Peripheral blood in patients with non-small cell lung cancer group relative telomere length is significantly higher than healthy controls(P < 0.05).2.Non-small cell lung cancer group the levels of peripheral blood relative telomerase is associated with clinical stage,the late stage(?+?),telomere length,the more obvious(P < 0.05).3.The different pathological types of telomere length in non-small cell lung cancer,adenocarcinoma than squamous carcinoma group,telomeres shorten more obvious(P < 0.05).4.Peripheral blood telomere length is influenced by the size of the lesions,the lesions,the greater the telomeres shrink,the more obvious(P < 0.05).5.Lymph node metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer group,telomere length changes have no difference(P > 0.05).6.In non-small cell lung cancer group,whether there has been a distant metastasis,no impact to the change of telomere length(P > 0.05).7.In non-small cell lung cancer group,different Ki-67 positive cells array between telomere length have obvious difference,Ki-67 positive cells number ratio is higher,the longer the relative telomere length(P > 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The telomere length of the non-small cell lung cancer group was significantly shorter than the healthy control group,and was expected to be one of the biomarkers for early diagnosis of non-small-cell lung cancer;2 Telomere length is closely related to the clinical stage,pathologic type,and malignant degree of nonsmall cell lung cancer,and is expected to be a new target for tumor markers or drug treatment.
