| Objective: Ovarian cancer is the highest mortality rate of gynecologic malignant tumors,the prognosis is poor;Studies have shown that microRNA is associated with prognosis of ovarian cancer,and LncRNA is the precursor of micro RNA and ajust its generation;there is no systematic evaluation of the relationship with the prognosis of ovarian cancer Lnc RNA;the purpose of this study was to systematically assess whether the LncRNA expression is associated with overall survival and clinical feature for ovary cancer patients,so as to provide new ideas for the evaluation of clinical prognosis of ovarian cancer.Methods: The databases including PubMed,EMBASE database,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,CBM,and Wanfang database were searched from inception to July 22,2016 to identify the eligible studies,Manual search of Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology,obstetrics and Gynecology journal,International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology,obstetrics and gynaecology,Chinese practical magazine and other domestic journals related literature,and use Google and other search engines to find relevant documents.Literature selection,data extraction,and quality assessment were performed independently by two independent reviewers.STATA12.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results: A total of 13 studies were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the FIGO stage was associated with Lnc RNA expression(P=0.000).There were no statistical significant differences between other clinical features and Lnc RNA.Compared with low expression of LncRNA,high expression of LncRNA was associated with poor OS(HR=1.97,95%CI: 1.69,2.31;P=0.000).Conclusion: FIGO staging in patients with ovarian cancer was correlated with the expression of LncRNA,and high expression of LncRNA was associated with poor OS,which could be a predictor of short-term survival. |
