Dopamine?DA?,as a catecholamine neurotransmitter,involves many biological processes in central nervous,hormonal,and cardiovascular systems.Superfluous secretion of DA?e.g.,due to Huntington's disease?is associated with failure in energy metabolism and causes untimely death.Differently,lack of DA makes muscle out of control,leading to aprosexia and even Parkinson's disease.Therefore,methods to detect DA accurately in biological fluids are important to diagnose diseases.Fluorescence analysis,as a reliable analytical method,also plays an increasingly important role in the analysis of target substances.Molecularly Imprinting Technology?MIT?,as a synthetic technique for the synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers?MIPs?with specific recognition sites,is widely used in the specific identification of target analytes.MIPs prepared by molecular imprinting have good selectivity,good stability,and wide applicability.Molecular imprinting fluorescence sensor combined the selectivity of molecular imprinted technology?MIT?and the signal transmission abilities of the sensor to synthesize the molecularly imprinted polymer satisfying the detection requirements.As a result,it has become the research hotspot of many scientific researchers.Quantum dots?QDs?are a kind of fluorescent material with development potential for the reasons that QDs have good fluorescence performance,good optical stability and easy surface modification.In order to realize the visual detection of targets,ratiometric fluorescence sensor is developed for the detection of low concentration targets.The ratio fluorescence sensor is the fluorescent sensor obtained by constructing two kinds of fluorescent quantum dots with different emission wavelengths,and the two emission wavelengths of the fluorescence intensity ratio changed with the concentrations of target.The methods based on the varations called ratiometric fluorescence analysis method.A prominent advantage of ratiometric fluorescence analysis method is to greatly weaken the external environment on the analysis of the impact of detection,so that the results of the test are more accurate,the color change can also be identified by the naked eye to achieve the visual detection of the targets.In this paper,DA was selected as the target,CQDs and CdTe QDs were selected as matrix materials of the ratiometric fluorescent probe,combined boronization technology,ratiometric fluorescence analysis techniques and molecular imprinting techniques together,prepare ratiometric fluorescent probes with the abilities of identifying DA.Specific details works were listed as follows:Firstly,CQDs were synthesized by hydrothermal method which acted as the internal standard materials of the ratiometric fluorescence probe,and the surface of CdTe QDs were modified by APBA as the response signal of the ratiometric fluorescent probe.Combine the two QDs by a certain percentage to obtain a ratiometric fluorescent probe for the detection of DA.And it successfully applied in the actual sample detection.Secondly,CQDs were still used as the internal standard material of the ratiometric fluorescent probe,and the APBA-modified CdTe QDs were used as the response signal,and the DA was imprinted onto the silica layer by sol-gel method to increase the selectivity of ratiometric fluorescent probe.The study combined quantum dots fluorescence sensor,boronization and molecular imprinting techniques together to realize the aim of DA detection.And it successfully applied in the actual sample detection.Thirdly,CQDs@SiO2 was used as the internal standard material,CdTe QDs were used as the response signal of the fluorescent probe.In the alcohol phase Polymerization reaction,VPBA and AM were used as the functional monomer,EGDMA was used as the crosslinking agent and AIBN as the initiator,through the covalent bond of VPBA and DA,hydrogen bonds of AM and DA,DA was imprinted in the polymer,so as to achieve the specificity of DA recognition.In addition,except the specificity of identification,the work also achieves the visual detection of DA,and further applies in DA detections of human serum samples.
