The Clinical Features And Significance Of Frequent Premature Ventricular Contraction

Objective: Premature vent ricular contraction(PVC)is the mos t common clinical arrhyt hmi a,But t here are few resea rches about it s popularity and char acteristics in C hina;This resear ch mainly analyzed the features of sym ptoms and ECG characteri stics of freque nt ventricular premature beat patients,Depar tment of cardiology.Methods: We detecte d the 12 lead electrocardiogra m and 24 hour dynamic electrocar diogr am of the pat ient s who in our hospital during the period from December 2015 to January 2014;S creening of eligible patients wit h frequent premature ventricular cont ract ions;,and collecting the heart Doppler data,clinical data and sym ptoms.further more,N-te rminal pro brai n natriuret ic peptide were measured(NT-proBNP)numerical.Analysi s of related factors in patients with frequent ventricular premature ventri cular dys functionResult: 1 、This study selected 91 patients,mean age(48±19)ye ar s,(45±16)months duration of sym ptoms,including palpitations in 66 case s,23 cas es wi thout sympt oms,2 cases of syn cope,diz ziness or fatigue,s hortness of breath,a total of 31cases;2 、PVC l oad and P VC-QRS wave duration were posit ively correlated wi th LVEDD,BNP and left vent ricular outflow tract,and negatively correlated with LVEF;In addit ion,PVC load was posi tivel y correl ated with age,durat ion of sympt oms and PVC load in men and PVC-QRS.3 、 Compared with group LVEF ≥ 50%,LVEF < 50% group of patients with PVC-QR S wave duration longer,longer durat ion of s ymptomsand l eft ventricular end diastoli c diameter(LVEDD),PVC load,t he num ber of PVC,l eftventricular outflow tract a greater proportion(P < 0.05).Conclusion : In our hospit al,the detection rate of the patients wi th Premature ventricular contrac tion is 1.6%,mos t of which are the main symptoms of heart palpitations,but there are als o a few patients with syn cope etc.PVC load and PVC-QR S wave duration corre lated wit h LVEDD,BNP,left ventricular outflow tract origin PVC and LVEF;The PVC-QRS wave duration,left ventricular outflow tract origin PVC,PVC duration of sym ptoms and m ale were predict ors of LVEF reduc tion.In additio n,t he dura tion of PVC-Q RS wave,the duration of P VC symptoms,and the origin of PVC may have some clinical value in the choice of early methods in the therapeut ic room.
