This thesis is based on the Hadoop platform distributed medical data mining algorithm and model research,selecting the heart-lung and occupational disease big data by people much attention,extract the heart-lung and occupational disease of hospital of unstructured data mining analysis of electronic medical record system.This research mainly on the disease pattern analysis,through the analysis of the iconic objects and the related auxiliary index of patients,the study of cases between each test,and the objective law between each inspection and disease,and it is concluded that the influence factors of the patient is sick,achieve prevent in advance;After general complications in patients with heart-lung and occupational disease was studied,to can get heart disease with concurrent relation between different conditions,can for illnesses related to remind patients,early treatment,accurate treatment.The main content are as follows:(1)To collect clinical medical records of patients with heart-lung and occupational disease in patients with medical data,Structured textual medical data preprocessing,the establishment of medical text data structured model,and in order to ensure the accuracy of the results of the structured text data to further structural type of conversion processing;(2)Analysis the different data mining algorithms,according to the different purpose of data mining of heart-lung and occupational disease,select classic association rules appropriate algorithm and improved,add the degree of interest restrictions,to establish the optimal data analysis and mining model;(3)According to the inspection items in heart-lung and occupational disease symptoms and medical records,patient personal information such as medical data,clinical information as the object,from the application of data miningtechnology,study heart-lung and occupational disease's relationship with the indicators,analyzing the distribution characteristics of physiological indexes of the disease,between indicators and the disease,there is a specific relationship between disease and professional.;(4)Based on the model of heart-lung and occupational disease check items distribution patterns mining,through the study of different patients with complications,digging out the conditions and relations of various complications,according to the specific circumstances customize individualized treatment,the patient to realize precise treatment of the patient;(5)Build Hadoop platform environment,will focus on storage of data information into the Hadoop distributed storage platform.Realize the data mining and processing based on the Hadoop platform.
