| TORCH is a group of pregnant women can cause abortion and fetal infection caused by several pathogens referred to as congenital malformations or developmental abnormalities, including Toxoplasma, rubella virus, cytomegalovirus and herpes simplex virus four pathogens. The occurrence of TORCH infection in women of childbearing age especially during pregnancy, the pathogens infect the fetus through the placenta or birth canal, caused by premature birth, abortion, stillbirth, fetal dysplasia, congenital malformations, neonatal CNS damage and other consequences.Department of reproductive medicine and infertility patients is increasing, due to various reasons for IVF in women of childbearing age are more and more,TORCH infection can lead to habitual abortion, fallopian tube obstruction, inflammation and so on,these reasons are important factors of infertility in women of childbearing age,but also for the indication for ivf. Objective: At present there is no domestic application research on test tube babies of TORCH infected women, the study of Reproductive Medicine Department of our hospital for IVF infertility screening for infection of conventional TORCH,in order to understand the infection situation of our hospital for IVF infertility TORCH;At present, there is no and obstetric or gynecologic screening of TORCH patients compared to study, through comparative analysis can be seen in our hospital for IVF infertility and obstetric and gynecological screening patients with TORCH infection results,in order to obtain better clinical doctor about prompt TORCH infection,to provide better data for eugenics birth. Methods: In this paper, through the application of IVF women information collection, blood samples were collected, using LIAISON XL reagent immune analyzer and supporting automatic chemical detection for IVF women TORCH of the Ig M and Ig G antibody detection, using the statistical analysis of the data to establish a database; The obstetrics and gynecology patient information collection, blood samples were collected, using LIAISON XL reagent immune analyzer and supporting automatic chemical detection for IVF women TORCH of the Ig M and Ig G antibody detection, using the statistical analysis of the data to establish a database;comparative analysis to get the desired results through data base.Results:(1)The age of the patients mainly ranged from 25 to 30 years, from 30 to 35 years and from 35 to 40 years, and the percentages of women who applied for IVF were32.8%,34.8% and 22.8% respectively.(2)Ig M positive results of 4 pathogens:TOX-Ig M0.25%,RV-Ig M1.47%,CMV-Ig M1.25% and HSV(I + II)-Ig M7.06%.(3)Ig G positive results of 4 pathogens: TOX-Ig G0.93%,RV-Ig G90.39%,CMV-Ig G92.52% and HSV(I + II)-Ig G97.6%.(4)Three patients had the highest proportion of RV+CMV+HSV-Ig G mixed positive patients, and 85.69%,83.72% and 80.39% for IVF patients, gynecologic patients and obstetrical patients, respectively. The proportion of pathogens in three patients was negative, the highest in obstetrics was 2.34%,followed by 0.97% for IVF patients and 0.47% in gynecologic patients.(5)Three patients were mainly TORCH-Ig M negative, obstetric up to 95.3%,followed by 91.35% gynecological patients, the lowest for 90.32% IVF patients;three patients with HSV(I + II)-positive Ig M is the highest, obstetric patients was 3.16% for IVF patients was 6.81%,4.20% for gynecological patients.Conclusion:(1)Our hospital applies for test tube baby childbearing age women mainly between 25-40 years old,the application of test tube baby women appear younger phenomenon.(2)The positive rate of Ig G in 4 pathogens was lowest in Toxoplasma gondii, the other 3 were higher, and herpes simplex virus was the highest.(3)The 4 pathogens, classified as Ig G positive, showed the highest proportion of mixed infection with RV+CMV+HSV pathogens, and the proportion of pure infection and negative patients were lower.(4)Ig M positive classification showed that Ig M negative was the main factor, and the proportion of mixed infection was low.(5)In the three patient TORCH-Ig G screening results,RV+CMV+HSV mixed infection was the highest in the application of test tube infants, and the infection rate was more serious than that in gynecological and obstetric patients.(6)In the three patient TORCH-Ig M screening results, the HSV(I + II)-Ig M ratio was highest among the infants who applied for IVF,and the other three pathogens were between obstetric and gynecologic patients. |
