| Objective: To investigate the clinical value of DNA Ploidy Analysis in the monitoring of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: 84 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and 30 patients with chronic cervicitis, both were chosen randomly from Beijing friendship hospital in2015 from April to December. These patients were connducted for human papilloma virus(HPV)detection,multi-point biopsy under colposcopy and DNA image cytometry. Then we examined HPV,DNA image cytometry and colposcopy biopsy at the time of 6 months and one-year after treatment. We monitored the residual and the recurrent cervical lesions to evaluate the effect of the program after treatment.Results:1.With the increasing of the degree of cervical lesions, the positive rate of HR-HPV and DNA ploidy analysis also increased. The number of DNA aneuploid cells were positively correlated with the degree of cervical lesions.2.The degree of cervical lesions, the positive rate of HR-HPV and DNA ploidy analysis were all significantly lower at the time of 6 months and one-year after the operation.3.Before the treatment,45/78 cases with the high risk type HPV infection had Positive expression in DNA image cytometry.Half a year later,7/10 CIN with the high risk type HPV persistent infection had positive expression of DNA image cytometry.A year later,4/5 CIN with the high risk type HPV persistent infection had positive expression of DNA image cytometry.4.It was 96.43% that positive DNA ploidy predicting the sensitivity of cervical5.lesions above CIN II in ASCUS patients.Conclusions:1.With the increaseing of cervical lesions, the infection rate of HR-HPV,the positive rate of DNA ploidy analysis, and the number of DNA aneuploid cells increased.2.The surgery could effectively reduce the degree of cervical lesions, the positive rate of HR-HPV and the positive rate of DNA ploidy analysis.3.DNA ploidy analysis can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis in those CIN patients With HR-HPV persistent infection.DNA ploidy analysis can predict the progress of cervical lesions and monitor the prognosis of cervical lesions.4.DNA ploidy analysis has a high clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of ASCUS with HR-HPV,which is helpful for early detection and early treatment. |
