Objective:Computer navigation technology to the traditional technology of follow-up visit,femoral false physical line measurement,compare the curative effect of two kinds of surgical methods,whether there is a difference between to discuss whether computer aided navigation knee replacement can get more precise femoral prosthesis rotation on the line.Methods: From January 2013 to January 2015,prospectie study of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into computer navigation group(navigation)and traditional methods(traditional group),30 cases in each group,the total sample of 16 cases of male,female 44 cases,age 61~82(68.3±9.8),Height 152.6~176.4(162.47±5.63)cm,Weight 49 ~ 82(64.71± 7.85)kg,BMI 18~29.5(23.26±2.43)kg/m2,using the same product of joint component,compared two groups of patients with femoral rotation Angle,and combining the preoperative and postoperative KSS score,WOMAC score,Oxford scores,knee joint activities,compared to two early postoperative curative effect in the control group.Results : 24 months follow-up time,in the preoperative and postoperative 1 month,6months,12 months and 24 months follow-up,follow-up results of navigation group KSS score,WOMAC score,Oxford rating similar to the traditional group,no statistical difference(P > 0.05).After surgery navigation group of condyle torsion Angle: 7.3 °±1.8 °,the traditional group of CTA: 7.0 ° ± 2.7 °,P values < 0.05,think they are comparable,APL relative to the vertical Angle,the Angle of the ROM of CTEA statistical analysis P values > 0.05,no statistical significance.Statistics of two groups after CTA,ACA Angle compared with preoperative deviation position within 1 ° of CTA respectively70% 30%(21 cases),ACA(9 cases),the navigation CTA group(15 cases),ACA 16% 50%(5 cases),ACA to online P < 0.05,think they are comparable,ACA to online P > 0.05,no statistical significance.Conclusion:Patients with early postoperative knee function recovery,curative effect and the score is no difference between the traditional group,navigation,which can improve the component rotating on the accuracy of the line,but shall be limited to the comparison results of the CTA and ACA think navigation group on the component rotation of posterior condylar line to the line more accurate.
