Dihydrogen phosphate binder is an important oral adhesive material, the monomer molecules contained in the acrylic group can cause polymerization between molecules, the other phosphate groups can improve the degree of cross-linking adhesive It can also corrode the enamel to enhance the adhesion of the adhesive to the teeth. The research work in this paper is divided into three parts,The first part is the comparison of catalytic performance of several common monoesterification catalysts,The second part is the preparation and characterization of 10-(phosphonooxy)decyl methacrylate,The third part is the bond performance test.First part,Catalytic performance comparison of several common esterification catalysts,Al2O3/MeSO3 H and NaHSO4/SiO2 were chosen to select the catalyst with high selectivity for monoesterification, several common acrylic esters have been synthesized, and characterized.Finally,NaHSO4/SiO2 was selected as the monoesterification catalyst from the difficulty of the post-treatment of the reaction product. In the second part,10-(phosphonooxy)decyl methacrylate was synthesized by two methods,The precursor is reacted with trimethyl phosphite to form 10-((dimethoxyphosphoryloxy)oxy)decyl methacrylate,And then with the silanization reagent trimethyl bromosilane and allyl trimethyl silane reaction,The second method is the use of phosphorus oxychloride phosphorylated 10-hydroxydecyl methacrylate,And the product was characterized. The third part,The adhesive properties of the upper part of the adhesive were tested.
