The Monitoring Survey Research Of Zhangjiakou Adverse Drug Reaction In 2012-2016

Objective: To know the occurrence of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in the Zhangjiakou city in 2012-2016,and use Kappa value validation the reports from unit,county and municipal.On this basis,evaluating the impact of ADR of rational drug use situation of Hebei province and even the whole county.Provide the basis for the reasonable medication of government.Methods: This research through the collection of the five years medical literature 19731 ADR cases of reports.Content mainly includes: gender,age,record ADR,dosage form,drug dosage,etc.Using SPSS22 statistical software to analysis data,and two sets of quantitative data use the T-test,multiple sets of quantitative data using variance analysis.LSD-T test is used for comparison between two groups.Kappa check the consistency of data.If P<0.05,then difference of data was statistically significant.Results:1 General situation: the number of cases of adverse drug reactions increase year by year and reached 4710 in 2016.Average age was statistically difference between five years,the average age of the ADR increased year by year,the aging trend.There is no statistical difference between gender comstitute of monitoring objects.2 The main kind of adverse drug reactions: 2012-2016,the first three of organic damage were gastrointestinal system damage,skin and accessories damage,central and peripheral nervous system damage.Gastrointestinal system damage main show is: nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal pain,dry mouth;Skin and its accessories damage: rash,itching,hives,swelling,maculopapule;Central and peripheral nervous system damage mainly for: dizziness,headache,dizziness,tremor,dizziness.The above three kinds of damage in the ADR accounted for the proportion was rising trend year by yearsince 2013.3 Drug dosage forms and Medication ways: In 2012-2016,Injections,tablets and capsules three kinds were top three of drug dosage forms.The proportion of injection downward trend year by year,tablets increased by nearly 9% in 2014,the capsule show a rising trend in slowly speed.Oral-drug and intravenous drip were two ways which the main way that cause adverse drug reaction,there was an upward trend in oral proportion and intravenous drip of downward trend year by year.4 The severity of the ADR in different years have statistical difference(P <0.0001);The composition of different years of serious ADR have statistical difference(P<0.0001);The ratios of the ADR result in different years have statistical difference(P<0.0001);In different years,after discontinuation of ADR outcome was statistically significant(P<0.0001);After ADR,the number of using medication reignite lead to ADR was statistically significant(P<0.0001).5 Kappa value: In 2012-2016,the kappa value of speaker and organization in which speaker works was high.The kappa value of speaker and county was poor.Evaluation of city and other report way was good.Conclusions: There was an increasing trend of ADR rate in Zhangjiakou city,because of China's population is aging,the age of patients who had ADR is growing gradually.In 2012-2016,gastrointestinal system,skin and its accessories,and central and peripheral nervous system suffer ADR damage and the incidence increased year by year.It is mainly due to the injection and tablet was used popular,the use of drug by intravenous injection or oral medications to cause damage of the above three systems.Oral medication of ADR in which means there is an upward trend in proportion,otherwise intravenous drip way down year by year.Clinical workers must know the medical history and medication history of patients,try to reduce the occurrence of ADR.Different levels reported results consistency,the kappa value of speaker and organization in which speaker works was high.The kappa value of speaker and county was poor.Evaluation of city and other report way was good.
