Objectives: To compare the feature of coronary atery of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)under coronary angiography(CAG)and optical coherence tomography(OCT).Methods : We enrolled 46 patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing coronary angiography and optical coherence tomography in fifth department of the second hospital of Hebei medical university from January2015 to February 2017.The baseline informantion before operation including age, gender, serum creatintine, serum urea nitrogen, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, fasting blood-glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin was recorded. All patients underwent seclecting CAG and OCT.Coronary lesions were described by lesion length, reference diameter and minimal luminal diameter measuring by coronary angiography and optical coherence tomography.According imageological examination, those patients were divided into OCT group and CAG group.Based on the results by coronary angiography and optical coherence tomography,we evluate the feasibility and safty. All data was analyzed with SPSS 20.0 software.P<0.05 was difined significant.Results:1.There were 46 patients of ACS which include 42 cases of male and 4 cases of female. The average age was 53.76±8.13 years old.2.There is no significant difference in the minimal luminal diameter and the reference diameter of coronary artery(the minimal luminal diameter of lesion vessel:1.18±0.95 mm VS 1.18±0.93 mm,P=0.72;the reference diameter of coronary artery:3.92±0.73 mm VS 3.91±0.73 mm,P=0.75).In the length of the lesion vessel,There was a significant difference between two groups and the lesion length detected by optical coherence tomography was longer than coronary angiography(22.20±6.74 mm VS 29.79±7.11 mm,P=0.00).BetweenOCT group and CAG group,We find thrombus(14 VS 4,P=0.01)in the coronary vessel,dissection(18 VS 4,P=0.00),soft plaque(40 VS 0,P=0.00),calcified plaque(12 VS 4,P=0.03),fibrous plaque(8 VS 0,P=0.01),compounded plaque(10 VS 0,P=0.00),thin-cap fibroatheroma(32VS 0,P=0.00).34 patients were undergone percutaneous coronary intervention in this study.3.No complication was found in this study. There was no significant difference in creatintine and serum urea nitrogen between pre-operation and postoperration. Conclusions: 1.Optical coherence tomography in lesion feature is more precise than coronary angiography.2.Optical coherence tomography is safe and effective.
