The Value Of Novel Magnetic Resonance Imaging For Evaluating The Effect Of Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease

Parkinson's disease(PD)is one of the common neurodegenerative disease,there are about 8 million people who suffer from the disease all over the world.In China,people over the age of 65 prevalence rate is as high as 1700 of 100 thousands,and the incidence of a disease as the growth of the age is also increasing.The main pathological changes of PD are the loss of dopamine neurons and formation of Lewy body(LB).In recent years,at home and abroad,many experts and scholars have a more deep and comprehensive understanding of PD pathology,pathophysiology,clinical manifestations,diagnostic technology.At present,the treatment for PD is mainly used drugs to control the symptoms rather than cure for PD.With the deepening of scientific research,there are many new means for the treatment of PD,for example,the way bypass the blood brain barrier(BBB),break through the BBB and other means,the treatment can achieved a good therapeutic effect in clinical trials.So many new means for the treatment of PD is to promote the rapid development of the system of therapeutic evaluation.Because the rating scale is mainly applied to evaluate curative effect of PD,the outcome of evaluation is lag behind the change of microstructure in the brain.Therefore,the researchers try to apply MRI technology to evaluate the curative effect of PD.There are lots of reports that MRI technology are applied to the early diagnosis of PD,with the development of new technology of MRI,it has more advantages for PD early diagnosis.However,it is rarely reported that application of the novel technology of MRI for monitoring and evaluating the therapeutic effect of PD.We make a review and summarize the latest treatments of PD,and the advantages and prospects of new technology of MRI to evaluate the treatment effect of patients with PD.The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively collecting all PD the latest treatment technology and novel technology of MRI for PD curative effect evaluation existing literature and evidence,to provide the reliability of each treatment,and to comprehensive analysis the role and significance for new technology of MRI in evaluating the effect of PD patients.
