The Meta Analysis Of Duloxetine Combined With Atypical Antipsychotics In The Treatment Of Somatoform Disorders

Objective: To evaluate if the efficacy and safety of duloxetine combined with atypical antipsychotic drugs are better than duloxetine in the treatment of somatoform disorders.Methods: Duloxetine,somatoform disorder,Somatic Symptom Disorders as the search terms.We searched Cochrane Library,Pubmed,CNKI,Wan Fang and so on.Into all duloxetine combined with atypical antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of somatoform disorders,observed object complied with the existing somatoform disorders diagnostic criteria of clinical randomized controlled trial.The quality of included studies were evaluated by using Cochrane risk assessment tool,and then the data was extracted.RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results: The study included 10 randomized controlled trials,of which 4for duloxetine combined with quetiapine,2 with amisulpride,2 with olanzapine,1 joint paliperidone,1 combined with aripiprazole versus duloxetine.Meta analysis was used to study the effective and cure rate,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Somatization factor in symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)after treatment in patients with somatoform disorders.The results showed that the effective rate(RR 1.29,95%CI [1.19-1.40])and the cure rate(RR 1.66,95%CI [1.26-2.19])of the combined drugs were significantly higher than that of the the duloxetine,HAMD(MD-4.47,95%CI [-5.16,-3.77]),HAMA(MD-3.44,95%CI[-4.16,-2.73]),somatization factor score(MD-0.44,95%CI [-0.55,-0.33])were significantly lower than those of the single drug group,and the side effects(Nausea,Sleepiness,Dizzy,dry mouth,weak,Anorexia,and so on)of TESS were similar to those of the single drug group.Conclusions: This study showed that the combination of duloxetine withthe above 5 atypical antipsychotic drugs is superior to duloxetine monotherapy in the treatment of somatoform disorders.The side effects were comparable to duloxetine.Because there are many types of atypical antipsychotics and a few studies have been conducted,so more high-quality researches are needed.
