The prevention and cure of diseases in the Miao people's lives mainly depend on their folk medicine,they have accumulated unique experience in identifying diseases and medications,the formation of Miao medicine theory,the most important thing in Miao medicine theory is the study of Miao medicine.However,because of the restriction of the Miao Nationality,so that the drug properties of seedlings have not been effectively summarized and shared,and some Miao drugs have not been clear about their drug properties,the problem of lack of drug.The lack of Miao medicine will cause the standardization and safety of the Miao medicine,which will hinder the development of Miao medicine industry.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of drug shortage,so as to promote the development of industry.With the popularization of medical information technology,large hospitals have accumulated a large number of clinical data and scientific research literature in the process of using Miao medicine to cure the disease.Through data mining and analysis of Miao medical big data,can effectively solve the problem of drug resistance seedlings lack,so as to achieve the standardization development of Miao medicine and standardized application of Miao medicine to further promote the development of Miao medicine industry.In this paper,we focus on the research on the methods of drug discovery:(1)the model for the analysis of the drug properties of the seedlings was studied,and a model for the analysis of the Miao drug properties based on Bayesian network was proposed.The model can be used to infer the properties of unknown vaccine.(2)the relationship between disease and disease types is studied,and a multi label learning method is proposed,which includes clustering based disease classification and multi label learning based on naive bayes.In this paper,the use of cloud computing platform storage Miao medicine case data,obtained the classification of diseases through the distributed clustering algorithm,the probability Naive Bayesian method by the number of distributed statistical methods,provides support for the subsequent vaccine drug reasoning.(3)study on the Miao medicine resistance analysis of the parameters of the model,put forward the Miao medicine resistance analysis of the model parameters learning method,using the distributed parameter statistical method in cloud computing platform using distributed algorithm to learn the model parameters,the parameters of this method can quickly and accurately obtain the model.(4)of the Miao drug reasoning,put forward miaoyao resistance analysis reasoning model,using the seedling drug inference algorithm infers each seedling medicines?The experimental results show that the method based on Bayesian network can be used to dig out the drug resistance.In the experiment,the properties of 28 kinds of seedlings were verified,and the accuracy rate was up to 85%.Therefore,the method proposed in this paper can be used to solve the problem of lack of drug resistance in the seedling,and has certain application value in the standard development and clinical treatment.
