| Objective:To evaluate the value of quantitative parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced breast magnetic resonance scan(DCE-MRI)in the differential diagnosis of atypical breast cancer and breast fibroadenoma. Methods: 62 patients underwent DCE-MRI examination including 30 breast cancer cases and 32 breast fibroadenoma cases which were confirmed by pathology after operation.Quantitation of the pharmacokinetic parameters was measured including Ktrans,Kep,Ve and Vp,Ktrans value,Kep value,Ve value and Vp value were compared to judge whether there were significant differences between the two kinds of tumors. Results:The mean Ktrans,Kep,Ve and Vp of the lesions were as follows: atypical breast cancer(n=30),(1.487±0.545)min-1、(0.697±0.022)min-1、0.781±0.325、0.260±0.130,and breast fibroadenoma(n=32),(0.639±0.266)min-1、(0.302±0.160)min-1、0.658±0.248、0.330±0.152。There were significant differences between atypical breast cancer and breast fibroadenoma in Ktrans、Kep、Ve((P<0.01),There were no significant differences between atypical breast cancer and breast fibroadenoma in Vp(P=0.05)。The diagnostic sensitivity of Ktrans、Kep 、Ve were 91.4%、80%、45.7%,The diagnostic specificity were86.7%、86.7%、83.8%。 Conclusion:The differential diagnosis of untypical breast cancer and breast fibroadenoma by Ktrans、Kep were applicable,as a reference for differential diagnosis,Ve value can be combined with other parameters to improve the diagnostic efficiency. |
