| Objective: To analyze the change trend and main influencing factors in patients hospitalization expenses of alveolar echinococcosis,and provide reference for the formulation of health policy related to alveolar echinococcosis.Method: Based on the Hospital Information System of two 3A grade hospitals in Qinghai province during 2004-2016,and using general descriptive analysis,univariate analysis and linear regression analysis to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization costs.Results: 522 cases of echinococcosis were collected,including 213 cases of cystic echinococcosis,300 cases of alveolar echinococcosis,mixed with echinococcosis in 9 cases.Finally obtained 309 cases alveolar echinococcosis information,including 125 male(40.5%)and 184 females(59.5%).The average age was 39(5-76)years and the average hospital stay 15 days(median),the average cost of hospitalization was 21554.21(361.2-187670.6)RBM;The cost of hospitalization in the alveolar echinococcosis,western medicine costs accounted for the largest proportion(37%),followed by supplies(19%)and diagnostic costs(17%).Regression analysis showed that hospitalization days(P <0.001),transfer ICU or not,surgery or not(P <0.001),occupation(P <0.001)and payment terms(P = 0.005)were the main influencing factors.Conclusion: In recent years,the cost of hospitalization of alveolar echinococcosis was increasing year by year.The hospitalization days,transfer ICU or not,surgery or not,occupation and payment terms are the influencing factors of hospitalization costs.So regulate disease diagnosis and treatment,effectively shorten the number of hospital days and the development of reasonable single disease management measures may be the necessary measures to control hospitalization expenses. |
