| Objectives: to analyze the difference in CD4+CD25+CD127low/Fox P3+Treg cell level in the peripheral blood of patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis and health individuals by using flow cytometry,to observe their relations and to discuss its clinical significance.Methods: 25 patients that had been hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from 2016.8 to 2017.01 were included in the experimental group while 25 healthy individuals were taken as controls.Peripheral blood samples of the experimental group were collected 10 days before operation and 10 days after operation and the difference in CD4+CD25+CD127low/Fox P3+Treg cell level in the peripheral blood of patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis and health individuals were compared by using flow cytometry.Their relations were analyzed.Results: CD4+CD25+CD127low Treg cell level: before operation,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between normal individuals(3.19±0.33)and patients(12.95±1.13)and CD4+CD25+CD127low Treg cell level in the peripheral blood of patients before operation was relatively higher;after operation,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between normal individuals(3.19±0.33)and patients(5.70±1.21)and CD4+CD25+CD127low Treg cell level in the peripheral blood of patients after operation was relatively higher;there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)before operation(12.95±1.13)and after operation(5.70±1.21)and CD4+CD25+CD127low Treg cell level in the peripheral blood of patients before operation was relatively higher.CD4+CD25+Fox P3+Treg cell level: before operation,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between normal individuals(1.85±0.50)and patients(4.99±0.98)and CD4+CD25+Fox P3+Treg cell level in the peripheral blood of patients before operation was relatively higher;after operation,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between normal individuals(1.85±0.50)and patients(2.84±0.57)and CD4+CD25+Fox P3+Treg cell level in the peripheral blood of patients after operation was relatively higher;there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)before operation(4.99±0.98)and after operation(2.84±0.57)and CD4+CD25+Fox P3+Treg cell level in the peripheral blood of patients before operation was relatively higher.CD4+CD25+CD127lowTreg cells and CD4+CD25+Fox P3+Treg cells in the peripheral blood of normal individuals had relevance(r=0.568,P<0.05)and they were positively related.Conclusions: 1.CD4+CD25+CD127low/Fox P3+Treg level of patients with cystic echinococcosis increases significantly and this may be related to the formation of patients’ immunosuppressive state.2.CD4+CD25+CD127low/Fox P3+Treg level in the peripheral blood of patients with cystic echinococcosis before operation is significantly higher than that after operation,suggesting that radical operation may influence the immune state of patients.3.According to the first two points,peripheral blood Treg cell levels can be a certain degree of response to treatment,monitoring the disease recurrence. |
