Objective:Explore PTCD independent risk factors for postoperative complications, and to provide reference for clinical work. Methods:Retrospectively analyze PTCD applications' clinical data for the treatment of patients with obstructive jaundice in Qinghai university by chi-square test?independent-samples t testand Logistic regression analysis method. Results: There are a total of 27 patients who got complications in the 86 patients, the incidence was 33.3%.Biliary infection in 13 cases(16%),biliary tract bleeding in 3 cases(3.7%),bile leakage in 5 cases(6.2%),6 cases of renal failure(7.4%).All of these patients had been improved.Through the statistical analysis the independent risk factors for biliary infection are high level biliary obstruction(OR=0.162,P=0.024)?delayed drainage time(OR=4.097,P=0.036)and ALP level(OR=1.002,P=0.001).Independent risk factors for bile leakage is the left side puncture(OR=0.054,P=0.010).We are failed to find independent risk factors for biliary tract hemorrhage and renal failure. Conclusions: High obstruction, time of drainage,ALP is independent risk factors of postoperative biliary infection. It should be alert of biliary infection for such patients with the treatment of PTCD.The left side puncture is risk factors of biliary leakage.
