Clinical Study On Blood Glucose Control Of Insulin Glargine Injected By Different Injection Methods

Objective: There was no difference between intravenous injection and insulin injection,insulin glargine,blood glucose,insulin dosage and blood glucose fluctuation,Providing a new approach to diabetes treatment.Methods: 50 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated with insulin glargine + oral medication were randomly assigned to A and B groups,and the patients in the two groups were divided into the Insulin pen group(n = 25)and the Needle free syringe group(n = 25).All patients enrolled in diabetes education,so that patients with a standardized diet and lifestyle,and to stop the original treatment,insulin intensive treatment for 3 days.3 days after the A group to restore the original treatment plan,the use of insulin pen injection of insulin glargine,B group of drug treatment unchanged,replaced with a needle free injection of insulin glargine.Within 3 days of the 8 period of continuous glucose monitoring in two groups(before meals 30 minutes,120 minutes after a meal,22 PM,3 am),and on the basis of blood sugar adjustment of insulin dose;no change,two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose,insulin dose change of blood glucose fluctuation all day long.The blood glucose fluctuation was evaluated by calculating standard deviation(SD)and mean blood glucose fluctuation(MAGE).MAGE: first through the calculation method of dynamic blood glucose monitoring results calculated with 24 hour blood glucose standard deviation;then calculate each blood glucose peak and trough is the difference of blood glucose fluctuation of blood glucose(AGE),regardless of the rise or fall,when more than 1 SD that is effective in the AGE,and an effective direction for the quasi AGE they were finally calculated;number is MAGE.Results: 1.Compared with insulin pen injection,the injection of insulin glargine was not higher than that of insulin pen(P <0.05);2.Compared with insulin pen injection,the insulin dose was not less than that of the insulin pen(P <0.05);3.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the injection of insulin glargine and insulin injection.(P >0.05);Conclusions :1.The injection of insulin glargine without injection was more effective in reducing fasting blood glucose than conventional injection.2.The dose of insulin injection was not higher than that of conventional injection of insulin glargine.3.There was no significant difference in blood glucose fluctuation between the two groups than that in the conventional injection mode.
