Purpose To evaluate the imaging quality of Time-SLIP and evaluate the differences in the assessment of carotid artery stenosis with Time-SLIP,CE-MRA,and DSA.Materials And Methods 1.3 5 patients with carotid plaques were examed with magnetic resonance for Time-SLIP and CE-MRA sequences,10 of whom underwent further carotid DSA.2.After obtaining carotid artery images of Time-SLIP and CE-MRA,the image quality and the contamination situation of each group were evaluated by two senior doctors respectively.3.The number of vessels displayed was evaluated by Time-SLIP and CE-MRA.4.10 patients’carotid artery stenosis rate was calculated by NASCET method.Results 1.Time-SLIP and CE-MRA have high consistency in image quality,tissue contamination and the number of vessels displayed,the Kappa value>0.80.2.35 patients,whose the image quality was more than 3 scores in Time-SLIP group and CE-MRA group respectively,accounted for 94.2%,97.1%.3.The tissue contamination score of less than or equal to 1 score,respectively,accounted for 88.6%,82.9%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.There were 210 vessels in both the common carotid artery and its main branches.Time-SLIP and CE-MRA showed 199/210 and 202/210 arteries on both sides of the carotid artery,internal carotid artery and external carotid artery,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.10 patients were diagnosed with the DSA as gold standard,The sensitivity of the Time-SLIP was 92.31%,the specificity was 97.87%,the accuracy rate was 96.67%;The sensitivity of the CE-MRA was 100%,specificity was 97.87%,accuracy rate was 98.33%;With DSA as the gold standard,the narrow number of vascular displayed by Time-SLIP and CE-MRA were 47/60,46/60 respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.Time-SLIP and CE-MRA have a high consistency in image quality,tissue pollution and the number of blood vessels.2.It can be used effectively for carotid artery stenosis.3.The Time-SLIP technology does not rely on the contrast agent injection for the advantage of vascular imaging and be cheap,non-invasive,suggesting the degree of luminal stenosis,early warning of CP vulnerability,so it has a higher clinical application prospects.Purpose To compare imaging quality of T1W1、T2WI and PDWI,Susceptibility Weighted Imaging(SWI)and Diffusion Weighted Imaging(DWI).Evaluate the application value of SWI and DWI in carotid plaque hemorrhage and early inflammation.Materials and methods 1.40 patients underwent magnetic resonance conventional sequence(T1WI,T2WI,PDWI)and SWI,DWI in patients with cerebral infarction who underwent ultrasonography with carotid plaques.2.After the five kinds of sequence images,two senior doctors were used to evaluate the quality of each image.3.Finally,there was carotid plaque hemorrhage or early inflammation or not.Reslut 1.The results of the 40 patients,5 series had the diagnostic value include 35 patients,including T1WI,T2WI,PDWI,SWI,DWI group,the image quality was above 3 scores were respectively 90%,91.3%,92.5%,87.5%,88.8%,and two senior doctors of the high consistency,Kappa value>0.80,no statistically significant difference between the 5 methods(P>0.05).2.Magnetic resonance conventional sequence,SWI and DWI respectively in diagnosing plaque bleeding cases were 8,17,9,three kinds of inspection techniques were compared with each other,with statistical significance.SWI and magnetic resonance conventional sequence and DWI detection of plaque hemorrhage differences.Magnetic resonance conventional sequence and DWI were diagnosed plaque bleeding were 4,11,the difference between DWI and magnetic resonance conventional sequence detection of early inflammation were statistically significant.Conclusion 1.SWI showed carotid plaque hemorrhage better than magnetic resonance conventional sequence and DWI,DWI and magnetic resonance conventional sequence were basically the same.2.DWI showed carotid plaque early inflammation was better than magnetic resonance conventional sequence.3.The three sequences combine to better find the carotid artery hemorrhage and early inflammation,and determine plaque vulnerability,warn of stroke.
