Objective:Investigate the distribution of MRSA strains in our hospital, analyze the efficacy and safety of Vancomycin,Teicoplanin and Linezolid for treatment of nosocomial infection caused by MRSA.Methods: Collect data of patients with MRSA infection reported to the hospital infection control department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2013 to June 2016,devide them into three groups, the Vancomycin group,Teicoplanin group and Linezolid group. The clinical symptom, sign, bacterial clearance and side effects of all patients were recorded and analyzed to compare the treatment effect and adverse reaction of three drugs. Results: A total of 111 MRSA strains were isolated from the specimens of the hospital in three years,of which sputum accounted for the most(72.02%),followed by blood(9.91%),secretions(8.11%),puncture fluid(4.50%),sepsis(2.70%),venous catheter(1.80%),urine(1%).The ratio of male to female was 1.7:1,patients over 60 years old accounted for 47.19%.Of all the department detected MRSA,the Department of Neurosurgery,Neurology, surgical ICU,respiration took up the highest proportion.2)89 cases were in comparison in total,of which 43 were Vancomycin,27 were Teicoplanin,19 were Linezolid, the effective rate were Vancomycin 65.12% VS Teicoplanin 66.67%VS Linezolid 68.40%,the bacteria clearance rate is Vancomycin 30% VS Teicoplanin 33.3%VS Linezolid 31.6%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the Vancomycin group was 32.6%,while in the Teicoplanin group was 18.5%,the Linezolid group was 21%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average treatment time of the Vancomycin group was(13.72±9.19)days,the Teicoplanin group was(13.85±10.45)days,the Linezolid group was(13.65±8.32)days,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen supervision and management of key departments, avoid cross infection, underline rational use of drugs,in order to reduce the risk of infection. The efficacy of Vancomycin,Teicoplanin and Linezolid towards MRSA were similar, clinical application of drugs can be selected according to the specific circumstances of patients.
