Early Diagnosis And Clinicl Treatment Of Neuropsychiatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus is one of the most serious complications of SLE,with the characteristics of diversiform manifestations,rapid progress and high mortality.because there is no clear diagnostic criteria,most patients with lupus encephalopathy are in critcal conditions while they are diagnosed.Moreover,lupus encephalopathy is hard to be cured for the delayed treatment oppotunity.Therefore,the early diagnosis of this disease is very important.This article elaborated the early diagnostic methods,treatments,and curative effects of lupus encephalopathy,at the basis of clinical retrospective review on nearly ten-year-old literatures.Furthermore,we found that integrated analysis of clinical manifestations,serological tests,cerebrospinal fluid examination,neurological imaging and electroencephalography,did valuable contributions to the early diagnosis.A large number of literatures have shown that the combined treatments of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are effective,and which are feasible to cure lupus encephalopathy.
