Background:Compared with bare metal stents,drug-eluting stents can reduce the incidence of in-stent restenosis. At present many clinical studies showed that there are amount of risks can cause in-stent restenosis, but few about association of in-stent restenosis with dual antiplatelet therapy compliance of patients. Objectives:The purpose of this study was to observe association of in-stent restenosis with patient compliance after drug-eluting stent. Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of patients who underwent examination of coronary artery CTA or coronary angiography after implanted drug-eluting stents between 2010 and 2014 in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University vasculocardiology deparment. We used Logistic regression analysis to examine the associations of in-stent restenosis with patients' baseline characteristics. Results: Among 274 patients who had a examination of coronary artery CTA or coronary angiography after implanted drug-eluting stents,43 had in-stent restenosis.Compliance(OR=0.252,95%CI 0.124-0.513,P<0.001),Dyslipidemia(OR=0.466,95%CI 0.219-0.989,P=0.047),Chronic heart failure(OR=3.798,95%CI 1.463-9.861,P=0.006)were associated with in-stent restenosis. Conclusions: Long-term regular double antiplatelet therapy can reduce the risk of in-stent restenosis after drug-eluting stents implantion. |
