Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)through double-channel thrombolytic treatment. Methods: 128 patients with acute DVT admitted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were analyzed. They were divided into two groups by administration route, the double-channel group(sheath of popliteal vein and infusion catheter)included 60 patients, and the single channel(infusion catheter)included 68 patients. To compare preoperative and postoperative perimeter difference of double calf and thigh, the detumescence rate of suffered shank and thigh, the patency rate of deep veins, the amount of urokinase, time of thrombolytic therapy and complications(hemorrhage, pulmonary embolism, catheter related infection)between two groups. Results: There were no difference in general condition of two groups, including gender, age, suffered limbs,types,May-thurner Syndrome, perimeter difference of shank and thigh(P>0.05).Preoperative double-channel group's detumescence rate of thigh(0.86±0.06)was superior to single-channel group(P<0.05).The difference between the involved and uninvolved sides double channel group(1.22±0.62)was obviously superior single channel group, meanwhile in the amount of urokinase and thrombolysis time double-channel group was less than single-channel group significantly(P<0.05).But there was no difference in the perimeter and detumescence rate of shank before and after treatment, the same as the patency rate of deep veins and complications. Conclusion:Two approaches of treatment were effective in DVT,but double-channel thrombolytic treatment can reduce the amount of urokinase and thrombolytic time, improve clinic syptoms than single-channel treatment,so it deserved promoting in clinic work.
