Correlation Of The Polymorphism Of Locus Rs2269272 Of SLC1A3 Gene Ann Attempted Suicide And Non-suicide Self-injury Of China Youth

Objective To explore the correlation of the polymorphisms(SNPs)of locus rs2269272 of glial high-affinity glutamate transporter(SLC1A3)gene and suicide attempters and the non-suicide self-injury including the age and methods of suicide of the China youth.Methods Using i MLDRTM genotyping technology to analyze 70 cases of suicide attempters,55 cases of the wounded and 112 cases of controls(not self-injury suicide)polymorphism of rs2269272 SLC1A3 gene loci,and applying survival analysis to analyze the relationship between risk allele(T)and the age of the attempted suicide and the injured,and the relationship between the methods of suicide of the attempters and risk allele(T).Results Compared with control group,rs2269272 locus allele and genotype frequency distribution of the difference of the attempted suicide group is statistically significant(?2 = 6.093,P = 0.014;?2= 8.388,P = 0.015).Compared with control group,the rs2269272 locus allele frequency differences of the not suicidal self-injury group is statistically significant(?2=4.208,P =0.040).There is no statistically significant difference of genotype frequency(?2= 4.011,P = 0.135),patients with attempted suicide carry dangerous allele(T)and does not carry dangerous allele(T)starting age difference is statistically significant(?2 =5.709,P=5.709).Between carrying dangerous patients without suicide self-injury allele(T)and not carrying dangerous allele(T)at starting age,there is no statistically significant differences in meaning(?2 =0.516,P=0.516).Violence nonviolent suicide and suicide rs2269272 no statistically significant differences in genotype frequency(?2 =5.369,P=5.369),the allele frequency differences statistically significant(?2= 4.251,P = 0.039).Conclusion: Rs 2269272 SLC1A3 gene loci is not only the attempted suicide,a susceptibility genes of suicide self-injury also carry dangerous allele(T)and it may be earlier suicide and suicide violent ways.
