| Objective:1.Investigation and analysis on the level of loneliness in patients with rehabilitation schizophrenia;2.Investigation and analysis of the influencing factors of loneliness in patients with rehabilitation schizophrenia;3.The effect of group counseling on the loneliness of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:1.Investigation:300 schizophrenia patients were selected from the closed and open ward of a mental health specialist hospital in Shanxi Province as the research object by using random sampling method,and they were investigated with the positive and negative symptom scale,loneliness scale,self esteem scale and perceived social support scale to make a preliminary analysis of the characteristics of loneliness in patients with schizophrenia.2.Intervention:80 patients with schizophrenia who met the criteria were selected from the baseline survey,and they were divided into experimental group 40 and control group 40 by using random sampling method after the consent of the patient and his family and the attending physician.On the basis of drug treatment,nine group counselings were taken in the experimental group,patients in the control group did not take any measures.3.Effect evaluation:After group counseling,the experimental group and control group of schizophrenia patients were measured with loneliness,self-esteem,perceived social support and satisfaction,and statistical analysis of data to test the effect of counseling.Results:1.The schizophrenia patients from a mental health specialist hospital in Shanxi Province is highly lonely,the average level of self-esteem is 27.54±4.49,and the average of social support is 55.61±16.44.2.There was a significant negative correlation between loneliness and self-esteem and social support,there was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and socialsupport in schizophrenia patients.3.There was no significant difference in the level of loneliness in the control group(t=-0.03,p=0.98),there was a significant difference in the level of loneliness in the experimental group(t=3.50,p=0.001),there was a significant difference in the level of loneliness between the experimental group and the control group in schizophrenia patients(t=-3.76,p=0.001).Conclusion:1.The schizophrenia patients from a mental health specialist hospital in Shanxi Province with a high degree of loneliness,The loneliness of schizophrenia patients in a mental health specialist hospital of Shanxi Province is influenced by factors such as the level of personal self-esteem and the ability of comprehending social support.2.Group counseling may improve the loneliness of the schizophrenia patients by improving the self-knowledge and interpersonal communication. |
