Objective:Through the application of visual teaching in tracheal intubation, and compare it with the traditional teaching methods and the success rate, time, examination scores, the operation results in oral soft tissue injuries(lips, teeth(gums),tongue, throat),number of cases of heart rate slowing stimulated by vagus nerve reflex of endotracheal intubation in students as evaluation index. To study the role of visual teaching in improving the students’ ability of endotracheal intubation and reducing their injuries,so as to further verify the application of visual teaching in the teaching of endotracheal intubation. Methods:Select 40 students of clinical rotation practice in anesthesiology department in our hospital in 2016,1-12 month.Randomly assigned according to practice time(n=20),20 students were called control group in 2016,1-6month,20 students as the experimental group in 2016,7-12 month. In the practice teaching of trachea intubation operation, the traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group, while the experimental group added visual teaching.Students in clinical practice, collect students clinical practice data, analysis the students’ operation and their influence on the patients.Results:1.The success rate of tracheal intubation in the lcontrol and experimenta groups(83.6% vs 65.3%),time(56.8 ± 18.7s vs 64.1 ± 19.3s),examinationscores(87.7 ± 5.3 vs73.0 ± 4.3)has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The injury cases in patients’ lips(50 vs 26),teeth(gums)(25 vs 11),tongue(30 vs 13),throat(35 vs 10)and number of cases of heart rate slowing stimulated by vagus nerve reflex(14 vs 6)by the control group and experimental group the students trachea intubation operationhas statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Through the two groups of students tracheal intubation operation learning curve diagram,The experimental group has to trained 18 times to master the skills of endotracheal intubation, while the control group required 23 times.Conclusion:1.Visual teaching is helpful to improve the success rate and operation performance of students with endotracheal intubation.2.Visual teaching is helpful to shorten the time of student tracheal intubation.3.Visual teaching is helpful to reduce the damage of oral soft tissue caused by endotracheal intubation.4.The effect of visual teaching is obvious...
