| Objective: Analyzing the distribution characteristics and epidemic trends of infectious diseases from 2004 to 2015 in Beichen District of Tianjin in order to understand the general incidence situation and provide reference for prevention and control strategies of infectious diseases.Method:The data of the cases with notifiable infectious diseases from 2004 to 2015 in Beichen District were downloaded through the "China Disease Prevention and Control Information System".Excel 2010 and SPSS18.0 are used to analyze the overall incidence and death situation of infectious diseases and epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases with different transmission routes and areas during 12 years. The incidence rates were calculated as the number of incident patients divided by number of population and compared using chi-square test and trend chi-square test.ct.Result:1.A total of 51877 cases of infectious diseases were reported in Beichen District from2004 to 2015.The average incidence rate was 748.41/100000 with a declining trend(c 2trend = 354.031,P <0.001),and the incidence rates in men were higher than in women. No cases of class A infectious disease was reported.Among them,44 death cases of infectious disease were reported and the average mortality rate was0.63/100000.AIDS,tuberculosis,rabies were the main causes of death.2.The class A and B infectious diseases with different transmission: the number of reported cases(8115)with intestinal infectious diseases was the largest and the average incidence rate was 117.07/100000.A total of 5458 cases with blood and sexually transmitted diseases were reported, and the average incidence rate was 70.76/100000.4905 cases with respiratory infectious diseasewere reported, and the average incidence rate was 78.74/100000.The incidence rates of infectious diseases mentioned above had declining trend. The average incidence rate of natural epidemic and insect-borne infectious diseases’ s was 2.11/100000 and the overall trend is stable, but the incidence rate of brucellosis increased.3.The incidence situation of key infectiousdiseases: the incidence rates of other infectious diarrhea, bacillary dysentery, tuberculosis and hepatitis B in Beichen District decreased from 2004 to 2015,with an average incidence rate of 297.69/100000,107.74/100000,37.55/100000,and35.37/100000,respectively.The incidence rate of epidemic hemorrhagic fever was low and the average incidence rate was 0.49/100000.The incidence rate of hand, foot and mouth disease, which was included in the notifiable infectious diseases since2008,had fluctuating upward trend and the average incidence rate was124.29/100000.The incidence rates of syphilis had a single peak in 2008.Other infectious diarrhea, hand, foot and mouth disease, bacillary dysentery and other intestinal infectious diseases had obvious seasonality with the incidence peak from June to August.Hepatitis B,tuberculosis and syphilis did not have obvious seasonality. The cases of other infectious diarrhea, hand, foot and mouth disease, bacillary dysentery and other intestinal infectious diseases focused on infants less than 5 years old and live scattered children, while the cases of hepatitis B,tuberculosis, syphilis, epidemic hemorrhagic fever focused on 20-34 years. The most cases of hepatitis B and epidemic hemorrhagic fever were farmers, while the most cases of tuberculosis and syphilis were housework and unemployed.More cases of infectious diseases were reported in Tianmu,Yixingbu,Qingguang,Beicang towns. Conclusion: The overall incidence rate of infectious diseases had decreased trend from 2004 to 2015 in Beichen District, and no cases of class A infectious diseases were reported. However, the incidence rates of hand, foot and mouth disease and brucellosis increased and should be paid more attention. |
