Since the wide application of the CT technology,the implant surgery has gradually entered from the two-dimensional into three-dimensional.The medical need for dental CAD technology has been improving at an incredible rate.As an assistant tool to help implant surgery,the way to design the implant guide quickly and exactly has gradually become a research hotspot.According to the peculiarity of individual teeth modeling and clinical actual demand,this article is to give an in-depth study of the key technologies for dental implant guide modeling.The main research content and innovation are as follows:Because existing global feature extraction algorithms have some shortcomings to detect the margin line,this paper proposes a margin line extracting algorithm based on *A algorithm.Combining with analyzing the feature information of the triangle mesh,a margin line is extracted by comparing the value of the heuristic cost function,and the margin line is optimized to ensure its smoothness and closed quality.In this paper,we give a solution for the varied teeth shape and individual difference and research the modeling method based on statistic model.The missing surface region as references,combining with the Bayes’ theorem,the reconstruction model can meet the clinical demand.This paper proposes a parametric deformation algorithm because of existing local deformation algorithms short of quantitative method.By parametric deformation of the average model,we can deform the original model indirectly.The effect of subjective factors is alleviated and realized the local deformation meets the clinical demand by using the method in this article.On the basis of the above algorithm,we completed software development of the implant guide design system with VC++2008 and OpenGL,and design the preliminary physical model.The implant surgery which bases on the system achieves good clinical results.
