| For the recent years,with the people’s rapid life style and increasing work pressure,the incidence rate of bruxism has been increasing year by year.In c linical medicine,surface electromyography of masticatory muscles has been considered to be the best bruxism signal,which provides a new scientific approach for the exploration of therapies for bruxism.Basing on a comprehensive understanding of the bruxism monitoring and its diagnosis status and set out from the concept of Portable medical equipment.This paper designs a set of monitoring and supplemental diagnosis system for bruxism with s EMG.Unlike polysomnograph machine,which is large in size and with multi-conductors that might affect patients’ sleep,this system enables to dynamically conduct real-time monitor on the status of masticatory muscles.Signals acquired can be used by doctors to analyze patient’s condition under relevant data processing.Principal works done for this paper includes(1)According to the characteristics of s EMG siginals,we chooses Ag/Agcl electrode for signal acquisition;meanwhile,conditioning circuit has been designed to conduct pre-treatment of analog signal,which was proven to be stable and highly precise,and able to acquire s EMG of human skin;(2)According to the requirements of acquisition,handling,displaying and transmitting of data in system,STM32F103RCT6 has been chosen to be micro-control chip,while an acquisition system integrated above functions has been designed and achieved,thus in respect of s EMG,it is available for real-time synchronous monitoring,data processing,movement identifying,wave displaying,data storage and wireless communication;(3)A mobile phone application for Android system has been developed to implement data receive,display and storage functions from Hc-05 Bluetooth module,with warning notice equipped.Delicacy of data transmission has been proved by wireless transmission experiments of the mobile phone application;(4)Basing on the identify algorithm of bruxism with s EMG,it proposes a bruxism signal that can precisely identify active segment of masticatory muscles.Lastly,analogue experiment for mankind bruxism has been designed and completed,which verifies and modifies the feasibility of supplemental diagnosis system for bruxism with s EMG.Not only of unique application value in terms of monitoring and diagnosis for bruxism,but also of great significance in respect on developing pathogenesis and effective therapy.It is expected to be applied in clinical with its improvement.In addition,such technology also provides another new approach to s EMG monitoring in non-medical field. |
