Objective: To investigate the effects and significance of different static structure parameters on hip function after total hip arthroplasty.Method: 131cases(153cases of hip joint)of patient were retrospectively analyzed from2015 to 2016 in the affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical college who met the inclusion criteria and patients performed with a total artificial hip replacement,these clinical data of patients were taken as an experimental group;the clinical data of 30 cases(60 cases of hip jont)of healthy adults in the corresponding period included as the control group.The postoperative clinical data of experimental group was divided into excellent group and non-excellent group determined by Harris hip score.The Adobe Photoshop CS6 software was used to measure the vertical and horizontal distance of the rotation center of bilateral femoral head,upper and inner shift of acetabular cup,the bilateral femoral offsets,the bilateral abductor muscle arms,the bilateral body weigh lever arm,discrepancy in lower extremity length and acetabular cup inclination.And the ratio relationship was used to make comparative analysis between the vertical distance and horizontal distance of the rotation center of bilateral femoral heads,the bilateral femoral offsets,the bilateral force arms of abductor and the body weigh lever arm.Result: The difference in mean follow-up time between excellent group and non-excellent group do not have statistically significant(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison of control group: femoral head center both sides,femoral offset ratio: the difference between right-left ratio and left-right ratio do not have statistical significance(P>0.05),the difference in abductor muscle arm and body weight lever arm between left side and right side were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences in vertical distance of femoral head center between control group,excellent group and non-excellent group were all statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences in horizontal distance of femoral head center between control group,the excellent group and non-excellent group were all notstatistically significant(P>0.05).The differences in upper shift and inner shift of acetabular prosthesis between the excellent group and non-excellent group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences in ratio of bilateral femoral offset and in ratio of abductor muscle arm to body weigh lever arm between the control group and excellent group were all not statistically significant(P>0.05);the difference in ratio of bilateral femoral offset and in ratio of abductor muscle arm to body weigh lever arm between the control group and non-excellent group and the differences in ratio of bilateral femoral offset and in ratio of abductor muscle arm to body weigh lever arm between the excellent group and non-excellent group were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in discrepancy in lower extremity length between excellent group and non-excellent group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in acetabular cup inclination between the excellent group and non-excellent group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Keep utmost close to the anatomical position of the reconstructed femoral head center,reconstruct or properly increase the femoral eccentricity and lower extremity length,the acetabular cup inclination of acetabular prosthesis put in 30o-50 o,hip function can be better restored.
