Objectives: To analyse the efficacy of two triple therapies with different courses on eradicating Hp for the patients through the Hp eradication rate, clinical symptom remission rate and incidence of adverse reactions. Methods: 240 cases who tested positive in 14C-Urea breath test were randomly selected from October 2015 to June 2016 period, which were randomly devided into RCA-7d,RCA-14 d,RCL-7d or RCL-14 d groups. The RCA-7d group and RCA-14 d group were treated with rabeprazole+ clarithromycin+ amoxicillin, the courses of treatment were 7 days and 14 days, respectively. The RCL-7d group and RCL-14 d group were treated with rabeprazole+ clarithromycin+ levofloxacin, the courses of treatment were 7 days and 14 days, respectively. We compared and analysed the eradication rate, the clinical symptom remission rate and incidence of adverse reactions of two triple therapies with different courses.Result: 229 patients were collected finally. In influence factors, the Hp eradication rates in male(76.6%)was higher than in female(65.4%).The Hp eradication rates in all age groups were from 55.2% to 76.2%.The Hp eradication rates in non-smokers was higher than in smokers. The Hp eradication rates in patients who had junior high school degree or above was higher than in patients with below junior high school degree. The Hp eradication rates in patients with Peptic ulcer was higher than that in patients with Chronic gastritis.Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, education and disease types can affect Hp eradication. The Hp eradication rate was 69.0% with RCA-7d group and 50.8% with RCL-7d group(P<0.05);eradication rate was 84.2% with RCA-14 d group and 61.8% with RCL-14 d group(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate was 69.0% with RCA-7d group and 84.2% with RCA-14 d group(P>0.05);eradication rate was 50.8% with RCL-7d group and 61.8% with RCL-14 d group(P>0.05).During treatment, the clinical symptoms of 77.7% patients were in remission. The clinical symptom remission rates in four groups were 74.1-82.5%,neither two course of treatment, nor two methods, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).11.3% patients had adverse effects. The adverse effects rates in four groups were 6.8-15.8%,neither two course of treatment, nor two methods, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions: Sex and age did not affect Hp eradication rate.Smoking and low academic degree can reduce the Hp eradication rate.Disease type can affect Hp eradication rate. The eradication therapy of Hp suggests the use of traditional triple therapy. The course of treatment suggest to be selected 7 days. Two kinds of treatments had high rate in clinical symptoms remission and less adverse reactions.
