Clinical Research Application Of Xiaozhong Zhitong Mixture After Arthroscopic Knee Anterior And Posterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Early Stage

ObjectiveClinical research application of Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture after arthroscopic knee anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction early stage,in order to evaluate the effectiven-ess application of Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture after arthroscopic knee anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction early stage,for the treatment of knee anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction to provide clinical basis.MethodThe cases from January 2015 to September 2016 in the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Gansu Province joint bone inpatient,a total of 37 cases were collected with the ACL and PCL injury.The patients according to random number table method were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The 18 cases of control group including 15 males and 3females,the highest age was 52 years old,the lowest was 20 years old,the average BMI was23.05 Kg/m2,the control group used the autologous tendon arthroscopic single bundle knee anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Postoperative to conventiontal treatment and to guide exercise of function recovery of knee.The 19 cases of observation group including 15 males and 4 females,the highest age was 59 years,the lowest was 16 years,the average BMI was 21.29 Kg/m2,in the control group therapy on the basis of Xiaozhong zhitong mixture internal within 14 days after the operation.Compared the two groups before treatment and after treatment for second weeks,fourth weeks,eighth weeks and twelfth weeks respectively with the VAS score,the knee swelling degree,the ecchymosis area around the knee,the range of motion of the knee,Lysholm score,Tegner score,2000 IKDC score,and find adverse reactions,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0.ResultCases were included in 37 cases,postoperative follow-up were completed on time,no loss,the observation group and the control group of gender,age,and BMI had no significant difference(P>0.05);the two groups before treatment of VAS score,the knee swellingdegree,the ecchymosis area around the knee,the range of motion of the knee,Lysholm score,Tegner score and 2000 IKDC score were not significant difference(P>0.05);the VAS score,the knee swelling degree,the ecchymosis area around the knee,the range of motion of the knee,Lysholm score,Tegner score and 2000 IKDC score in the postoperative of second weeks,fourth weeks,eighth weeks,twelfth weeks was statistically significant were compared with the data in the preoperative separately(P<0.05);the VAS score,the knee swelling degree and the ecchymosis area around the knee in the two groups were statistically significant at second weeks and fourth weeks in the postoperative(P<0.05);the range of motion of the knee core in the two groups were statistically significant at fourth weeks and eighth weeks in the postoperative(P<0.05);the Lysholm score and 2000 IKDC score in the two groups were statistically significant at second weeks,fourth weeks and eighth weeks in the postoperative(P<0.05);the Tegner score in the two groups were statistically significant at fourth weeks and eighth weeks in the postoperative(P<0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion1.The Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture can improve the pain,swelling and other symptoms,and have a good effect on function recovery of knee after arthroscopic single bundle knee anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction early stage.2.The Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture be applied to arthroscopic knee anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction early stage were no obvious adverse reactions.
