Objective: Femur is the body’s largest tubular bones,and the overall similar cylindrical,and is one of the main load-bearing bone of lower limb,femoral fractures accounted for about 6% of the whole body bone fracture fracture[1],the femur fracture,if poorly treated fractures can lead to a longer dysfunction and severe disability[2].In recent years,with the rapid development of orthopaedics internal fixation apparatus and innovation,for femoral fracture,most scholars think,such as patients without obvious surgery contraindications,surgical treatment should be taken to[3].Present methods for the surgical treatment of femoral fractures with intramedullary pulp,external fixation,intramedullary fixed more than application/interlocking intramedullary nails for fault reconstruction,pulp external fixation is used ordinary steel plate,locking compression plate and Liss plate fixation.Locking plate stress shelter,stress concentration in internal fixation of fracture and other faults[4],postoperative fracture often appear fracture delayed union or not healed,such as patients with inappropriate functional exercise will eventually lead to fracture internal fixation.Bridge combined internal fixation system can effectively avoid stress shelter,stress concentration lead to internal fixation of fracture and reduce the damage to the periosteum and soft tissue,ensures that the rich blood supply of fracture end,further promote fracture healing.This study respectively the locking compression plate and bridge combined internal fixation system used in the treatment of patients with femoral fracture,compare two kinds of treatment effect,explore the bridging the superiority of combined treatment of femoral fracture fixation system,for clinical doctors in the treatment of femoral fractures to provide the reference for the choice of internal fixation material.Study subjects and methods: Select since October 2014 to October 2015 xingtai medical college second affiliated hospital of bone a secco admitted patients,76 cases of femoral fractures patients randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 38 cases.There were 24 cases of men in the experimental group,14 of women,25 to 72 years of age,average(44.21±10.62);Injury mechanism: 26 injuries and 12 injuries Three cases of open fracture and 35 closed fractures;There were 14 cases in the femur,15 in the middle and 9 in the next section.The fracture was according to the AO is divided into 15 cases of simple fracture,18 cases of wedge-shaped fracture and 5 complicated fractures.There were 26 men in the control group,12 in women,26 to 73 years of age,and average(45.37±10.25);Injury mechanism: 24 cases and 14 injuries.Four cases of open fracture and 34 closed fractures;There were 12 cases in the femur,20 in the middle and 6 in the lower section.The fracture was according to the AO is divided into two simple fractures,including 20 simple fractures,15 wedges and 3 complex fractures.The experimental group was treated with a bridge combination of internal fixation system,and the control group was treated with a lock pressure plate.Observe two groups of operation time,blood loss,length of incision,flow rate,fracture healing time,postoperative follow-up period without complications and Johner and Wruh function evaluation standard[5] analysis,and to produce the curative effect of treatment of data for statistical analysis.Results: By our hospital 76 cases of patients with fracture of femoral respectively take bridge sectional and locking compression plate fixation system of observation,two groups of incision length is no statistical significance(P>0.05);The duration of operation,the amount of blood and the flow rate were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Johner and Wruh function evaluation standard analysis of the experimental group and control group no statistical difference(P>0.05).Achieves Ⅰ all two groups of patients with postoperative incision healing,infection of incision,not occurring,an average follow-up of 12 months,after observation does not appear connecting rods or steel plate fracture,loose,bone fracture nonunion and no complications such as healing.Conclusions: Compared with locking compression plate,using bridge combined internal fixation system in the treatment of femoral fractures surgical trauma is small,easy operation,compound fracture biomechanical characteristics of fixed in the largest extent,reduce the damage of soft tissue and periosteum,protect the blood supply,promote the fracture healing of fracture end,at the same time provide reliable fixation for fracture end,can ensure the limb early postoperative functional exercise,is beneficial to the recovery of limb function.Bridge combined treatment of femoral fractures fixation system operation simple,the treatment effect is remarkable,high fracture healing rate,fewer complications,has high clinical value.
