| Objective: To study the MAGE-A11 and E2F-1 in breast cancer tissue between their expression and the correlation between the two,and to explore the expression between the two patients with breast cancer clinical pathology of each parameters and the relationship between prognosis and provide new theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Methods: Using immunohistochemical Streptomyces avidin-peroxide enzyme(streptavidin peroxdase conjugated method,S – P)tumor antigen was detected in MAGE-A11 and E2F-1 in 60 cases of breast cancer and normal breast tissue in the expression, and analysis of the above two indicators index of the relationship between clinical pathology with breast cancer, and analyze the correlation between the two.Results:1 MAGE-A11 protein expression in breast cancer group is high, but not expressed in normal breast tissue(P<0.05).2 MAGE-A11 protein positive expression and the patient’s age, pathological type, tumor size, clinical staging and presence of lymph node metastasis and PR no significant correlation(P>0.05),but in its MAGE-positive expression rate of HER-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2)and ER(estrogen receptor)in patients with positive significantly higher than that of its in HER-2,ER negative patients(P< 0.05).3 In breast cancer tissues,E2F-l protein positive expression rate is significantly higher than that in the normal breast tissue(P<0.05).E2F-1 expression and breast cancer clinical TNM stage, histological grade, and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),however,it does not patients with tumor size, pathological type, age(P > 0.05).4 The expression of E2F-l is correlated to MAGE-A11.Conclusions:The expression of MAGE-A11 and E2F-1 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues, and there is a positive correlation between them.It is important for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. |
