Objective: Discernment of MRI is very high,it can show the movement of facial nerve and its adjacent blood vessels of the brain cisterna--internal auditory meatus clearly,it can help to achieve ideal diagnosis of the relationship between the auditory nerve and the surrounding vessels.In this study,we used 3.0MR to study the anatomical relationship between the facial nerve brain cisterna and the internal auditory meatus of normal person,which include the measurement of the structural data and the functional imaging of the auditory nerve.This paper also made a detailed classification of the anatomical relationship between the auditory nerve and the surrounding vessels,then lied the foundation for the clinical diagnosis of facial nerve and its related diseasesMethod:1 Find 105 healthy volunteers,record their basic information such as age,gender,clinical symptoms and signs.Leave off symptoms of hemifacial spasm and nerve deafness that caused by surgery of head or facial nerve.symptoms.Do MR 、 T2 FLAIR,3D-TOF sequence and 3D-FIESTA sequence in our hospital.Leave off the diseases of volunteers such as cerebral infarction 、Intracranial tumor、occupying lesion of brain stem or cerebellopontine angle and petrous bone deformity.Method of 3D-FIESTA image sequence is used for reconstruction and measurement of facial nerve..3D-TOF sequence is used in distinguishing the arteries of facial nerve.2 Images of 3D-FIESTA series shows reconstruction of coronal and sagittal.observe the walking、thickness and morphology of nerves carefully.Measure the length of facial nerve cisternal and inner ear,and then find statistical difference of the length of left and right sides of the facial nerve.3 According to the exists of blood vessels、vascular loops and the depthof vascular loopsWe divided the statement of brain pool-internal auditory canal in the inner ear section into three types: typeⅠ,no vascular loop in internal auditory canal in the inner ear section;type II,there is vascular loop in internal auditory canal in the inner ear section,but the length does not reach 50% of the depth of the section of the internal auditory canal;type III there is vascular loop in internal auditory canal in the inner ear section,and the length is deeper than50% of the depth of the section of the internal auditory canal4 Observe the nearest part of blood vessels and nerves,measure the length of blood vessels and nerves,divided the relation of blood vessels and nerves according to the results.1 compression relationship: contact part of the nerves and blood vessels with vascular compression,the vascular has migrated by compression;2: contact relationship : the shortest distance between the nerve and the adjacent the vessels is 0;3 close relationship: the shortest distance between the nerve and adjacent blood vessels of 0-1mm;4 far-distant relationship: the shortest distance between the nerve and the adjacent blood vessels is over 1mm.5 Analyze the relationship between the facial nerve root and surrounding blood vessels.On the basis of the original image and the reconstructed image,observe the distribution of surrounding blood vessels and facial nerve root of the same side.(up、down、inside、outside)Result:1 length of left and right facial nerve were 2.0160 ±0.11647 cm,2.0197±0.12807 cm.length of left and right auditory nerve were 1.9815 + 0.18884 cm,1.9762 + 0.19072 cm.There were no statistical difference of the facial 、auditory nerve length on left and right sides(P=0.643,P=0.087).2 Among the 3 types of brain pool-internal auditory canal in the inner ear section,typeⅠ is the most,left 61.9%,right 56.2%,then is type Ⅱ,left25.7%,right 30.5%,type Ⅲ is the fewest,left 12.4%、right 13.3%;There were no statistical difference of the percentage taken up by left and right sides.(P=0.687)3 In the types of relationship of bilateral facial nerve and nerve vascular loop,the largest proportion is far-way relation in typeⅠ,right facial nerve49.2%、auditory nerve 54.2%,left facial nerve 43.1%、auditory nerve 47.7%.The largest proportion is contact relationship in type Ⅲ,right facial nerve64.3%、auditory nerve 57.2%,left facial nerve 61.5%、auditory nerve 53.8%.type II between type I and type III,in all the volunteers,there was no cases of compression relationship between blood vessels and nerves.4 Among the distribution of surrounding blood vessels and facial nerve root of the same side,direction up is the most,took up 41.4%,then inside took up 32.9%,outside 19.0%,down is the lest,took up 6.7%。Conclusion:1 There was no statistical difference of the length of the auditory nerve between the left and right sides.2 Among the 3 types of relationship of bilateral facial nerve and nerve vascular loop,typeⅠis the largest,type Ⅲ is the fewest,There were no statistical difference of the percentage taken up by left and right sides.3.The longer the distance between the vessel and the nerve,the greater the probability of the occurrence of contact relationship.4 Among the distribution of surrounding blood vessels and facial nerve root of the same side,up and inside were the most,down was the fewest.
