Gliomas are the most common tumors in the brain. The lethality of glioblastoma patients is very high. Therefore, the study of gliomas has become a hot spot for researchers.Through the tireless efforts of researchers,Glioma awareness is also deepening. With the rapid development of science and technology, medicine has also undergone epoch-making changes in the diagnosis and treatment of glioma has also made rapid progress in the traditional medicine. For gliomas, the classification of tumor mainly depends on histology and the treatment mainly rely on surgery, for the use of conservative or radiotherapy after surgery. With the development of molecular pathology,in the treatment of intracranial gliomas also achieved remarkable results. The classification of tumor and treatment also plays an important role.At present,we have found a series of molecular markers that contribute to the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of glioma, such as:MGMT,Chromosome1 p / 19 q deletion,Ki-67,IDH,CD133,Nestin and EGFR.Among these genes,in the diagnosis and treatment of glioma has an important role in the process, but if the synthesis of several genes for analysis, for the diagnosis and treatment of glioma will have a more important role,so as to make up for the lack of traditional treatment methods,so that We have a deeper understanding of the occurrence and development of glioma and guide clinicians on the diagnosis of glioma. We can get the more effective guidance of clinical work to the treatment and prognosis of patients.
