Coronary revascularization has experienced rapid development in more than half a century.Since the first application of multivessel coronary disease were treated with cardiopulmonary bypass after coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG has been rapid development,off-pump,median sternotomies CABG;the small incision of CABG and robot assisted thoracoscopic CABG which reduce the patient's pain carried out in 90s;percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)technology from the last century since 80 s has been developed to bare metal stents(BMS),drug-eluting stents(DES)and absorbable stents;1996 Ang Elini et al.first proposed Hybrid Coronary Revascularization(HCR),which combines the advantages of CABG and PCI.The definition of hybrid coronary revascularization, surgical strategy and patient selection, the choice of CABG MIDCAB and the new research progress of robot assisted and hybrid and hybrid technology is closely related to the coronary artery,an overview of new progress.
