Biological Characteristics Of Exosomes And Its Relationship With Tumors

Exosomes are round vesicles formed from bilayered lipid membranes,the size range of 30-100 nm,like a disk structure.Exosomes form from multives icular body,all most tissue cell secrete exosomes in a variety of humoral environment or cell culture medium.In the process of exosomes formation,mi RNAs,m RNAs,DNAs sequences and proteins that come from the secreting cells are encapsulated,and thus the exosomes have some fuctions and characteristics of the maternal cells.The exosomes are “bridge” when the cells is communicating,affecting the fuction of target cells.Studies have found that exosomes in physiological or pathological conditions(especially when the tumor occurs)has an irreplaceable role.This article focuses on the development of exosomes in tumorigenesis,tumor development,tumor microenvironment formation,tumor immunity,liquid biopsy and drug delivery,and finds some problems to be solved.
