Purpose:In recent years,Asthma-COPD overlap syndrome(ACOS)had become a serious disease affecting the quality of the people’s life, having the long duration and frequent acute exacerbation of chronic stress, resulting in poor disease control, easily leading to psychological problems. This research adopted Distress Thermometer(DT)to rate in patients with ACOS,Asthma and COPD,to understand ACOS patients psychological pain,to explore the psychological factors leading to ACOS patients with psychological pain, while to study the three groups of patients with psychological pain,to provide patients with a more reasonable basis for diagnosis and treatment,to improve the prognosis of patients with ACOS,to reduce the family and social burden of patients.Method:In this research,we selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in two hospitals of 195 ACOS patients,183 asthma patients,200 COPDpatients. We used the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Self Assessment Test Questionnaire(CAT),Asthma Control Test(ACT),DistressThermometer(DT),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)to rate patients in 3 days. This research was divided into two parts:1.to statistics of ACOS patients with significant psychological pain(DT≥4),compare of detection group(DT≥4)and non-detectedgroup(DT<4)in the general situation, serological indicators and other factors on the research and study the psychologicaldistress risk factors of ACOS patients;2.to compare of three groups of ACOS,asthma and COPD patients with psychological pain. After processing the data. After processing the data, using SPSS18.0 statistical software analysis,P< 0.05 for statistical significance.Result:1 ACOS of psychological pain was 41.53%.(1)The two groups of patients were compared betweendemographic characteristics, found that gender, different age groups, different places of residence, past the history of the distribution between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),different working conditions, marital status, smoking history, allergic history of ACOS patients were no significant difference. The correlation analysis showed that age was positively correlated with DT score(P<0.05).There was no correlation between sex, work, marriage, residence, smoking history, allergy history, past history, history of operation and DT score(P> 0.05).Multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis showed that age was not independent influence factors of depression in patients with chronic heart failure occur.(2)Two groups of patients with blood biochemical indicators: NEU increased,NEU # increased,EOS # increased of ACOS patients with significant psychological pain were higher than the control group(P<0.05).HB decreased,ALT abnormalities,AST abnormalities,ALB decreased,PA abnormalities,UREA abnormalities,CRE abnormal of ACOS patients were no significant difference(P> 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that NEU,EOS # were positively correlated with significant pain scores(P<0.05),.PA was negatively correlated with significant pain score(P<0.05),while NEU #,HB,ALT,AST,ALB,UREA,CRE were not associated with significant pain scores(P> 0.05).Multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis showed that NEU、EOS#、PA were not independent influence factors of depression in patients with chronic heart failure occur.(3)Two groups of ACT,CAT comparison:There were differences between the two sets of ACT values(P<0.05),CAT values were not different between the two groups(P>0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the ACT value was negatively correlated with the DT score(P<0.05),while the CTA value had no correlation with the DT score.Multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysisshowed thatACT was independent influence factors of depression in patients with chronic heart failure occur.(4)Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis was performed on the list of PL questions:Multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis showed that economic problems, depression, worry, fever were independent influence factors of depression in patients with chronic heart failure occur.2.ACOS,asthma and COPD patients were compared between the three groups:gender was statistically significant in the three groups(P<0.05),age,working condition, marital status, place of residence, smoking history, allergy history, operation history and past history were not statistically significant(P>0.05).ACOS of psychological pain was 41.53%,asthma of psychological pain was 31.69%,COPD of psychological pain was36.0%.Blood biochemical indication:The increase of NEU and the increase of EOS# were statistically significant in the occurrence of significant psychological pain in the three groups(P<0.05),elevated NEU#,elevated NEU,decreased HB,and abnormal ALT,AST abnormalities,ALB reductions,PA abnormalities,UREA abnormalities, and CRE abnormalities were not statistically significant between the three groups(P>0.05).The CAT value and ACT value were not statistically significantin the three groups of patients with significant psychological pain(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the list of PL problems with significant psychological distress between the three groups.Conclusion:1.ACOS had significantly higher incidence of psychological distress, which women were higher than men, with the increase of age, with the higher the incidence of psychological pain, which patients in rural areas was higher than the city and the county, and having a history of patients was higher than those without it.2.The lower the ACT value, the more severe the psychological pain of ACOS patients.3.Economic problems, depression, anxiety and fever were the independent factors that affect the psychological pain of ACOS patients.4.ACOS patients with significant psychological pain was significantly higher than the incidence of asthma,COPD.
