Objective Investigate the value of neuronavigation combined with intraoperative ultrasound in the resection of high grade glioma.Methods(1)Collect 20 cases of patients with malignant glioma were diagnosed before operation and confirmed by pathology after operation in N ingxia Medical University Hospital from January 2014 to October 2016.Among them, there were 20 cases of female patients with malignant glioma and the other of them were male, with a total of 12 cases. The maximum age was 71 years old and the youngest was 5 years old.Average age 43.(2)All patients were treated with preoperative MRI guided neuronavigation system to d evelop the best surgical protocol;Application of neuronavigation to locate the tumor b oundary before opening the d ura mater,Contrast enhanced ultrasonography;Intraoperativ e ultrasound, neuronavigation combined with microscope observation of the tumor ima ging boundary multi-point intraoperative pathological examination can accurately determ ine the biological boundaries of the tumor, improve the resection range.(3)According to the results of MRI 72 hours after operation, the degree of tumor resec tion and postoperative recovery were observed. Results The navigation system is helpful to surgical treatment plan optimization,The accuracy of lesion localization was 100%;Neuronavigation combined with intraoperativ e real-time ultrasound can significantly improve the total resection rate of the tumor a nd protect the nerve function;Intraoperative ultrasound, neuronavigation comb ined with microscope observation of the tumor imaging boundary multi-point intraoperative patho logical examination can accurately determine the biological boundaries of the tumor,i mprove the resection range;Under the guidance of 16 cases, total resection was achiev ed in all cases, and subtotal resection was achieved in 4 cases; There were no serious complications and no deaths. Conclusion Ultrasound combined with intraoperative navigation and under the microsc ope under the selected tumor boundary more intraoperative guidance microscopic patho logical Department of Neurosurgery surgery can improve the safety of high grade glio mas to maximize the resection rate;provide clinical basis for multimodal technology f or accurate surgical treatment;postoperative fine quasi conformal radiation to provide a good basis for.
