Objective: To detect the mutations of KRAS,BRAF and PIK3 CA in colorectal cancer patients.To detect the occurrence of MSI in colorectal cancer.To investigate the relationship between KRAS,BRAF and PIK3 CA mutations in colorectal cancer and clinicopathological features.To explore the relationship between MSI deletion and clinicopathological features.Analysis of colorectal cancer tissue KRAS,BRAF and PIK3 CA gene mutation in the clinical significance.Analysis of colorectal cancer tissue MSI deletion of clinical significance.Methods: From January 2014 to January 2016,125 patients with colorectal cancer underwent general surgery in our hospital.The changes of KRAS,BRAF and PIK3 CA genes were detected by PCR.The changes of KRAS,BRAF and PIK3 CA genes and MSI in colorectal cancer were correlated with the clinicopathology of colorectal cancer.Sex.Results: Of the 125 patients,73 males and 52 females were 58.4% and 41.6%,respectively,and the age range was 29-89 years(63.6 ± 11.46).Among the 125 patients,46 patients(36.8%)had mutations in the KRAS gene,3 patients(2.4%)had BRAF mutations,2 had a PIK3 CA mutation(1.6%),and 56 had MSI(44.8%).P = 0.031,P = 0.001,and the correlation between MSI MLH1 and MSH6 versus tumor differentiation was <0.05,P = 0.005,P = 0.004,P = 0.046,respectively,except that MSI and MSH2 were associated with tumor type P <0.05,P = 0.004,P = 0.006,respectively The P value of the group was> 0.05.Conclusion:KRAS,BRAF,PIK3 CA gene mutation in colorectal cancer patients exist,but the performance is different and independent of each other,and there is no significant relationship between clinical and pathological features,can not directly through the clinical pathological features of the situation directly determine the knot Can patients with rectal cancer benefit from anti-EGRE therapy.Therefore,anti-EGFR treatment is still required before the relevant gene detection.There was a certain relationship between the expression of MSI and clinicopathological features,but the expression of each repair protein was independent of each other,and there was no correlation with the mutations of KRAS,BRAF and PIK3 CA,and the results were directly judged by clinicopathological features The prognosis of patients with rectal cancer.
