Objective To Statistics the related risk factors for intensive care patients with fungal infection, explore the intensive care unit(ICU)patients with pulmonary fungal infection the clinical characteristics and related risk factors,to find countermeasures to prevent lung fungal infection. Methods In April 2014 ~ 2016 were retrospectively analyzed in July from 116 cases of ICU pulmonary fungal infection in patients with clinical data,ICU admission and select the same period of fungal infection in patients with severe pneumonia 110 cases as control group, the data using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for processing. Results ICU pulmonary fungal infection in patients with symptoms and signs of infection including lung wet then, such as feer and increased sputum volume and sticky, which is given priority to with fever;Examined a total of 126 strains isolated fungus, smooth candida fungus mainly are among those 13 strains, tropical candida 21 strains, such as white 76 strains candida;Through statistical inference, and associated risk factors of lung fungal infection have ICU admission time > 1 week, white blood cells is less than 4 x 109 / L,hypoalbuminemia, endotracheal intubation and tracheotomy,long-term use of immunosuppressant and glucocorticoid, stool after enema 3 unanswered,2 kind of broad-spectrum efficient antimicrobial application or greater time > 1 week, etc.,?The application of two or more kinds of broad-spectrum efficient antimicrobial time > after 1 week, enema stool 3 unanswered, hypoalbuminemia, indwelling venous catheter > 1 week are independent risk factors. Conclusions ICU pulmonary fungal infection in patients with symptoms and signs is given priority to with fever, with white candida fungus infection type, most applications or 2 kind of broad-spectrum efficient antimicrobial time > after 1 week, enema stool 3 unanswered, hypoalbuminemia, indwelling venous catheter > 1 week are independent risk factors.
