A Outcome Analysis Of 98 Cases Of Adnexal Torsion

Objective:To investigate the clinical features and laboratory indexes of adnexal torsion,and understand its predictive value of tissular necrosis in adnexal torsion.Methods: The data of 98 hospitalized patients with adnexal torsion were retrospective analyzed.The diagnostic standard of tissular necrosis in adnexal torsion is the pathology results,there are 45 cases with tissular necrosis and 53 cases with nonecrosis tissue.Results: The temperature,FIB and the torsion degree of necrosis group is significantly higher than those of nonecrosis group(P<0.05).The Correlation coeffic ient of fibrinogen,temperature and torsion degree are 0.246,P=0.014;0.290,P=0.004 and 0.306,P=0.002 respectively.The area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.668,P=0.004;0.643,P=0.015 and 0.670,P=0.004 respectively when fibrinogen,temperature and torsion degree was used alone in predicting tissular necrosis of adnexal torsion,whereas it increased to 0.754,P=0.000 when combined all of them together.Conclusion:Each of fibrinogen,temperature and torsion degree has predictive value in tissular necrosis of adnexal torsion,whereas,the combination of them could play a better role in predicting tissular necrosis of adnexal torsion.
